The first collagen I have actually tried that works and doesn’t upset my stomach. Every other collagen I tried came in an unhealthy plastic container leeching plastic into my collagen I’m sure, however this one came in a glass jar, which I LOVE and recycle and use to make candles with. This collagen does not upset my stomach and dissolves perfectly in my coffee. The best part is over a month of taking it, I noticed my temples have filled in, which were hollowing and I know that is due to collagen loss. My overall skin appearance looks much younger and healthier, my skin has NEVER looked like

I also trust this one bc I saw on ConsumerLab reports recommended it after being tested and it was way safer than the leading collagens, which I know have endured class action law suits for having high levels of heavy metals! I’ve been using this product for several years. I primarily started collagen because of my osteoporosis, but the first thing I noticed after using it that my joints were much improved and my skin (as well as my husband’s) became more supple and less prone to bruising. We are in our 70’s and use a teaspoon every morning in our coffee. Besha dissolves quickly and does not provide any taste. I bought Besha also because of its quality and though it seems expensive it is actually less per serving than other products on the market. I highly recommend this product.
I found out about this product on Consumer Labs, a group that analyzes supplements. They determined it is the best product. I think it is too soon to tell if my old face will start to look younger, but my nails certainly grow faster and seem stronger. It is tasteless, dissolves easily and has no foul odor. I will keep using this product, and I will continue to sneak it into my husbands coffee too.
I love the glass jar and the sound of the company so I immediately had trust in the brand but it’s just not enough for the price. The product does seem good though as saw an improvement in my nails.
Maybe my spoons are too big but it ran out so quickly I’ve gone to another brand for cost effective reasons. I’m still using their jar though!

Several studies show slight improvement with a high quality collagen, although more intensive studies are needed for conclusive evidence, based on what I’ve read from verified peer reviewed studies. At least this brand has been studied, and I trust it to be high quality.
It is tasteless, no additives, and completely dissolves. I slowly sprinkle it on water, let it sit a minute, then stir, which seems to work better for me.
It’s only been one month, with no noticeable changes, but I’ll continue using it, hoping it may slow some aging of my skin.
