You have to take 8 per day to get the dosage listed on the bottle
Tiny pellets. Easy to swallow. The smell is of a true vitamin. Does not upset my stomach.
I dont get the Vitamin’s I need from my diet and the the food I eat ,so, I started taking these Vitamin’s. Dr. Mercola put’s ton’s of research into his products and I trust that all the ingredients are of high quality and come from reliable source’s. I have trouble swallowing large pills and was iffy on these at first but they have smooth rounded edges and go down just fine with water. They ARE NOT compacted like a rock so they break apart easy in the stomach. Wonderful list of ingredients. The bottle reccomends 4 a day but I can’t remember to take them so I just take 2 in the morning with breakfast and they do just fine. I can def. tell a difference in my energy level when I dont take these though as compaired to other vitamins. The only down-fall is that I wish they were made from Organic ingredients but I am sure if that were the case they would be super expensive. Its worth the extra money to get good quality Vitamin’s. I really like these and they would be my first chice, My second would be Vitamin Code Vitamins by Garden of LifeGarden of Life Vitamin Code Women’s Multi 120 CNT CAP, Box
I bought these for my girlfriend. She claims they give her energy, and attributes them to her growing hair, stronger nails, etc…
I personally trust Dr. Mercola based on years of listening to him through videos, emails, articles that he has written. He has taught me a lot about health and nutrition over the years, and I can’t see him putting his name on anything that he didn’t approve of. The only bad thing I can say is that his products are always more expensive than I feel they should be, but in the end, I would still rather buy a quality product from a vendor I trust, than rolling the dice just to save a few $$$, especially when most supplements are coming out of China nowadays.
The pill is really hard. Tried to crush it but broke in pieces & hurt my throat as I swallowed it. Then made me tired..a common reaction with hard pills
for some because it’s hard to digest. Also dosage is 4 pills a.m & 4 pills p.m. Wow that’s alot‼️
Got pill crusher & only take 4 a day.
It’s a wonderful product though‼️I do feel better since taking it.
Food-based multivitamins are known by nutritionists and health coaches as the cream of the crop. I can vouch for the quality of this vitamin wholeheartedly. My mother is a health coach and recommended these vitamins, and I have never looked back.
The only downside is their size. They are a medium-large size and you are supposed to take eight a day. Personally, I take four a day typically with more in the evening if I feel unwell.
Overall I can recommend these as the (current) best choice in food-based vitamins.
they are really big, so I put them in my smoothy in the morning
Where other multi-vitamins are concerned Dr. Mercola’s had the good sources for their vitamins. If you look at the sources of the vitamins that manufactures use, you will find that many use poor or just down-right terrible sources. This is what I found out about the vitamin supplement I had been taking for years. When you buy a multi-vitamin the mineral. magnesium will tell you the quality of that product. If the magnesium is from a good source more than likely the other vitamins are as well. Here is a list to go by.
BEST FORMS OF MAGNESIUM INCLUDE:
Magnesium MALATE (Malic Acid) is recommended for people with fibromyalgia & it plays a key role in ATP synthesis and energy production. Magnesium CITRATE – mild laxative, -Magnesium TAURATE – best choice for people with cardiovascular issues, Magnesium GLYCINATE – aids kidney function and can boost a sluggish metabolism, Magnesium CARBONATE – for people suffering from indigestion and acid reflux, Magnesium L-THREONATE is great for the brain, for diseases like Alzheimer’s disease.
THE BAD FORMS OF MAGNESIUM ARE:
Magnesium OXIDE, Magnesium SULFATE, Magnesium GLUTAMATE, Magnesium ASPARTATE, or
magnesium STEARATE.
FYI – vitamin A should come from beta-carotene.
