Used an entire box and kept the stickers on all day and night. No change in size to the pimple. It’s a cystic pimple so maybe won’t work for that, even though it claims to and that’s why I bought it. Hate to say it’s hype because maybe it works for some people. But if it’s a cystic pimple (deep in the skin) I don’t know what to tell you. Don’t waste your money. Dermatologist may be my next stop.

The product in description says 8 patches. I received a box of only 4 patches, not 8.

If I could give these spot patches a million stars I would. They suck every tiny little bit of crap out of your spot, whilst injecting skincare into the spot with the microneedles. The only downside is that they are so damn expensive.

Loved that it worked but it was way too expensive so I only gave 4 stars because of expense. $59 for 8 patches. Better to order Hero brand zit patches with micro darts because they have salicylic acid in them too but more affordable.

These work great. They are clear so not super noticeable like some others. They seem to minimize the pimple overnight with the targeted medicine.

I’m a 29 yo female who has had 1-2 bad cystic break outs every month since my teens. Left untreated, and even when I don’t pick, the swelling stretches out my skin and leaves these red road rash like patches on my chin as I heal. And ppl ask me if I fell, etc. and I tel them “no, I just have awful acne”.. These patches are the ONLY thing that puts a dent in them. I get immediate relief and reduction in swelling when I apply. Like others say on here, it does take like 4+ daily applications of patches to get it completely flattened. It does reduce my healing cycle from like 4 weeks to 1-2. And I don’t get that road rash irritation on my skin. The patches are little tricky to apply, and to line up the “darts” just right – but you get used to it. I’m looking forward to trying the new extra strength ones. A little pricy, but WORTH IT. Highly recommend.

Used this on my chin to get rid of a stubborn red bump, and it didn’t dissapoint! I did need to use it for 3 nights straight, but the end result was worth it. Did not bother my sensitive skin. Will be buying again!
