Only started taking it cause my co-worker’s family came down with the rona and in the hospital they were all pumped with zinc which significantly aided in their recovery. I mix this in with my smoothie as well as crushed up vitamin c and b12. I personally found the taste to be kind of lingering so I don’t put it directly in my mouth. Just a weird taste. Also the 4 “pulls” is impossible. I only get half with the dropper but I don’t double up cause I read that most of us aren’t even deficient in zinc so we don’t even need that much. Glad to see reviews where others can’t seem to get a full pull from the dropper but it’s no big deal.
My immune system was never bad and I’m not that in tune with my body so I honestly couldn’t tell you if it’s helping or not. Maybe the past 2 months of me taking it has kept illnesses at bay, I don’t know, but I’ll continue cause my diet isn’t the best. Long story short, if you have issues swallowing pills like me….TAKE THIS. It lasts about a month and a few days.
EDIT: Nearly 2 months after I left the initial review covid got me and it felt like nothing more than a cold. On top of other vitamins I’d started taking maybe this helped keep my symptoms mild. My roommate got hit pretty hard as did other family members who were exposed so who knows.

I purchased this because of needing a type of zinc which I could more readily absorb physically. I dislike capsules because they’re often difficult for me to swallow, as are tablets.
I would not say it’s unflavoured. It’s supposed to be, but isn’t. I didn’t care for the taste straight from the dropper. It also hurt my throat a bit. After preparing a meal and having the food in front of me, I put the zinc into my food and mix it in. I also blend it in with fruit shakes I make with goat’s milk yogurt, organic fresh fruit and goat’s milk or organic orange juice. The zinc blends into all of this very well.
Since I started using this zinc, several things are happening. I am able to taste everything I eat and drink again. My appetite is improving. I’m sleeping much better.
Wounds are healing more quickly. Including any insect or spider bites, to which I’m extremely allergic. I used to end up with wheals and flares from them which were taking a long time to heal and I would end up almost incapacitated. This zinc is a wonderment. The wheals and flares no longer are a problem. The bites almost resemble regular ones and they don’t itch as much. They also heal more quickly now.
I most certainly recommend this zinc. I deducted one star from the Flavour and Easy to Swallow sections due to not liking the taste straight from the dropper and because the liquid hurt my throat using it that way.

They sent me the product No flavor. I didn’t choose No flavor. The supplement Shows not flavor but my baby hated this supplement. It tastes horrible. He loves the taste of the Nutra Champs B Complex but he hates this Zinc supplement. It makes him want to vomit.
Very good customer service. The company was very friendly and they gave me my money back.

What I like most about this product is the ease and and taste. I’m the first to admit that I’m not a fan of swallowing pills. However, in the past I’ve taken many liquid supplements that taste terrible. I’m happy to say that this product is easy to take and tastes very pleasant. It’s not an overpowering flavor at all. More like a plain water with a hint of sweetness. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m assuming it will mix very well in a smoothie or other drink. I doubt you would even taste it. It’s so subtle.
I don’t care for liquid supplements that have an overpowering fruit or berry taste. More often than not, that flavor resembles an artificial or chemical taste that can be difficult to choke down. Not the case at all with this product.
Nutra Champs zinc absorbs right away and the best part of all, no nausea or upset stomach. Sometimes when you take zinc on an empty stomach that’ll happen, but not in this case. Very impressed with this liquid supplement. I will be buying this again.

Firstly, I like this product and have used it several months now, however the last 2 products have raised some safety concerns The item arrived with the safety seal missing and there is no seal on the open top of the bottle either, so per instructions on the box, if seal is damaged or missing do not use but return item. I did arrange for a return but I was uncomfortable returning such a personal product, meaning anything you consume or use on your body, as in my opinion not hygienic, and I have never been asked to return such an item before, I was either given a refund and told to keep the product and throw it away or give it to someone else?😝 or offered a replacement. I did get the replacement but didn’t feel comfortable returning the product as I didn’t know why they would want a “used” personal product back. The replacement came and it just affirmed my safety concerns as the box was open with the top crushed and the new bottle upside down inside. This one had safety seal on it, but why was it upside down in an opened box? So my question is are they just placing a seal on returned items and shipping them out to someone else? This is a legitimate question and concern. I think the product is very good, but I will not be ordering this again because of this issue. So if you want to try it, do but please just be aware of this issue. Do you know and trust that you are getting an unused and untampered product?
