This review is for Zinc7 Advanced Daily Zinc Supplement: Multi-System Zinc.
This is a very nice blend of 7 different forms of Zinc. Why 7 different forms? Each form has a different job and different absorbability. It’s nice to know there is a supplement with multi forms that can address all the issues you need to address in just 1 capsule. In nature, zinc does pretty much the same thing. It just comes from different food sources and, according to your own personal digestive system, can be more or less digestibile. Just fyi… in nature the top zinc containing foods are oysters, beef, pork, lobster, legumes. nuts and oats…. and more. The suggested dose of this Zinc7 is 2 a day which totals 50mg. Just so you know, the average mg, suggested by NIH is 8- 40 mg for adult depending whether you have a specific issue to address. 50 mg is in this supplement may be too high a dose for some people so this is why it is important to consult a medical professional on how much of this mineral to take.
One caveat about zinc though, it can interfere with various other prescription medications so be sure to check with your medical professional before using zinc especially the amount in this suggested dose.
Other than that,… I like that this Zinc supplement has these 7 forms, and it also includes the cofactor Rosa Hips (a natural form of Vitamin C) . The brand True Cellular Form states their product is 3rd party lab tested and non gmo. I do not see any reference to ingredient source or where these are manufactured and if that facility is cGMP. These are all important features I look for to help me understand the brand’s trustworthiness.

My Doctor gave me an Rx to help me sleep. It didn’t work
I added Magnesium, still didn’t work
I added Zinc 7 and it worked!!!
Usually if something works it will stop working in a week or so.
I have been including the Zinc7 with Magnesium and the Rx for 2 months now and it’s still working

I like the fact that it had the seven types of zinc in it and could not find any other product that had all seven I dislike they charge so much I feel they could’ve come down a little bit on their prices. Other than that it seems to be a good product.
