Note: do not take on an empty stomach or it will make you nauseous and have stomach pains. So TAKE WITH FOOD.
Love this vitamin! No weird taste, and the pill is a decent size. I was dealing with a lot of ovarian cyst and back pain (I was taking muscle relaxers), the day after taking this my pain started to get less. I’ve been taking one everyday since and it has helped a lot.
Because it’s difficult for me to get zinc from my diet these are vital.

I have just begun taking this zinc supplement, thus I will need to check back in future for report on efficacy.
The item is raw, unadulterated, whole food derived. It is in a clear capsule which makes it visible: I’ve never seen zinc before except in my chem and geo labs. That is so honest, to give a view of what we are actually ingesting!! As it is in powdered form, it will be much easier for body to assimilate.
The capsule is easy to swallow.
I did feel as if I were less “winded” on my hikes in the woods the past few days. My muscles seemed to feel better ( I have myofascial issues and severe restless leg syndrome.)
I will report back in a month with detailed results.

This is absolutely a GREAT product because it has NATURAL Zinc and Copper in it unlike most other supplements out there. That being said, you should always take Zinc after you’ve eaten a meal or it could very well give you stomach pains or make you nauseous.
