There are plenty of pics already so no need to add more. What I’ll mention is to note there’s a manufacture date (good) but no expiration date itemized. There’s a company HQ mentioned (made for), but no info on where the product is made. The marketing hype says it’s made in the USA in a GMP facility, but nothing printed on the actual product ties it to or supports that claim. The quantity, dosage, and price are the same as comparable products from the big name companies that I trust more, so there’s nothing special to recommend here. Caveat emptor.

So far I’ve been taking these and i feel great, i feel like i have more energy and am able to focus a little better throughout the work day. As someone approaching their 40s i will take all the help i can get in terms of having more energy! Easy to swallow and no taste that i can speak of, highly recommend and will make this a permanent addition to the vitamin routine

This zinc supplement is good for men’s health, and it’s a pretty good deal for over three months of zinc supplementation. 50mg is towards the upper limit of zinc that I would take in one day, but it is good for supplementing a few times per week at the least. I’m not a chemist so I can’t give an analysis of these particular pills or compare them to other brands or formulations. But I’ve been taking 50mg zinc daily for immune system support for a very long time, and these seem to work as well as any of the many others I’ve used. That’s good enough for me.

This seems to work as well as another higher price Zinc supplement that i was using. The dosage is good. I haven’t had any stomach issues either. I take this at night with Magnesium because the two will make you sleepy.
