Overall, I like the effect of this product and the fact that the amino acids in it work within the muscle tissues versus the liver (this always makes me leery). I’m on my second tub and notice a nice, sustained boost during workouts which is important to me in my mid 50’s body. Flavor is decent…not a world beater but very drinkable. My only gripe is the very short-handled scoop which is problematic when you get down to the end of the tub. If you order this product, just order a few longer-handled 10mg scoops somewhere on Amazon and you’ll be good to go. Would buy again.

Update #2- It has been six months and still no response.
Update- it has been a week since this was received and the company has yet to respond to the original message.
Original – reluctant try this as I am not a fan of mis-packaged products. There was no protective seal under the lid or on the product. A small dusting of the powder fell on my table as I removed the co trainer from the shipping envelope and more fell as I twisted off the cap. Doesn’t seem packaged very well.

Pros: The price is the best thing about this. It does seem to help me recover after tennis and the gym
Cons: The taste isn’t great but the worst thing is that the container it comes in is too tall and with it only be half filled it means you’re scraping your fingers to try and scoop it out. No idea why they feel to use a tall container when they are only half filling it. Fix that and the taste while keeping the price and this would be 5 stars

I like this product because it has no junk that I can see. Most other brands are sweetened with chemicals linked with cancer. No thanks.

I initially bout this as a work out supplement but now I use it basically any time my muscles are soar if I drink it on an empty stomach this supplement works very quickly and the effects are very noticeable the flavor is not the best it is very sour depending on the amount of water used but for the price and the ingredients I definitely would recommend hopefully they come out with a different flavor

I think this is a clean option for bcaa powder. My reason for only 4 stars is that it has a different taste and a little less amino acids than my other bcaa powder with caffeine. I alternate between the two.
