I have had a lot of success with these supplements. Several of my friends and family members have ordered their own after seeing my results with weight loss. Through purely dieting (keeping at 1200 calories per day, no sugar) and taking these supplements, I have lost 53 lbs in three months. It’s keep my metabolism high as I’ve restricted my calories, which prevented me from experiencing a plateau in my weight loss. Also, the caffeine has not caused any jitters. Since I’m very sensitive to caffeine, I’m thankful for that.
I started taking taking one capsule in the morning with food (which is highly recommend by most clinical studies on EGCG due to how it may stress your liver without something going along with it–just like with alcohol). After about a month and a half, I knew that my body had become use to the supplement, since my weight loss began to slow down. Then I started taking another capsule later in the day, along with my dinner. That killed the plateau before it could get worse (phew!). Overall, the amount of EGCG in one of these capsules is very safe, even if taken twice a day. I mention this because it has been proven that going over 800 mg of EGCG is toxic for your body, but luckily each of these capsules has about 225 mg. At a max dose of 450 mg (2 capsules per day), that is right in the sweet spot.
It has been shown in numerous studies that EGCG stunts the growth of certain types of tumors and can prevent numerous cancers in most parts of the body. My little sister is about to undergo her second brain surgery to remove a vestibular schwannoma (this time with a gamma knife), so I really wish I had known this sooner, as I would have made sure she was taking the supplements two years ago after the first surgery. She will be taking them this time, especially to make sure she does not develop brain cancer later in life due to the gamma exposure.

First off, it should be stated that this is by no means a super pill and it’s unrealistic to expect weight to magically fall off. Yet at the same time I still seem to be looking for those types of products anyway. Honestly, regardless I will say that there are a few qualities that I have enjoyed and the results from this product have been positive. I actually bought this on a lightning sale from Amazon a few months ago and I have been buying ever since. At first the bottle is relatively small compared to some that I have tried in the past but the quantity and quality of the pills as a dieting product is amazing. The pills are powdered green tea extract so they shouldn’t be taken alone as it can be chocking hazard and it should also be noted that taking more than the instructions recommend can lead to headaches and other symptoms, however, when paired with a healthy fruit snack and shake. It’s perfect. For the first day I didn’t notice any immediate results but with any diet, consistency is key. After the first few days I began to feel more energetic which seemed to be long lasting and kept me up through out the day with no negative side effects. Most times I would get nervous jitters or unusual shakes but this pill was nothing like that. My cravings for heavy foods subsided and after a while I made a habit to drink more water which also made me feel fuller longer and that seemed to boost my weight loss even more.
Keep in mind that I haven’t intentionally changed any of my usual habits, before I started using this pill I would kick start my day with an apple or orange and an occasional shake in the morning but after I started using the green tea extract product my eating has changed slightly. I still did all my normal daily activities of going to the office and eating out but for some reason I just did not feel the need to eat more and drinking water became my new normal. I didn’t have any cravings for heavy junk food and I have been steadily losing weight and moving towards a healthier direction.
Around 1pm I would take my second dose and this would last me for the rest of the day which I enjoyed. I have two different scales in my house so I would double check it’s accuracy, both show the same results. I have been steadily losing 2-3 pounds every week and I don’t know how this works but I feel like this is a good combination of safe ingredients suitable for my body. I have researched all the ingredients listed on the bottle and have found no warning or potentially unsafe chemicals. Overall I am pretty happy with my purchase, no regrets ever as I am not starving, crashing, or craving anything like I have in the past with other products. Honestly given the low price I would recommend this to anyone looking for safer alternatives to boost metabolism and make healthier choices. My body is naturally making the decision to eat healthier foods because I don’t feel the need to gorge myself with junk food anymore. Honestly, I would say this is a major success and I’ve been using this product for over 2 months and plan on buying more. I have lost 22 pounds and counting gradually over the course of my usage. Again consistency and moderation is key for this process. I hope this will help you as much as it did for me but keep in mind everyone has a different body type which may have different needs so it may not have the same effects. However, given the affordable price I would recommend experimenting and finding what combination works best for you. Remember to have faith and never give up.

I found the reviews to be good for this product, so I decided to try it out. Honestly, it’s hard to tell how much impact this has on me specifically, as I don’t always take it regularly, and I’ve been taking it along side a ketogenic (low/no carb) diet. The diet is supposed to increase my metabolism, and these supplements are, too. I’m happy to say that I’ve made good progress since mid-September. Without much rigorous exercise (or any at all), I have lost 30 pounds. It hasn’t all been lost in equal amounts, but that’s an average of 5 pounds a month. Slow and steady wins the race – and it’s a significant enough difference that people have noticed and clothes start fitting differently. It is slow sometimes but still seems to be working.
You may think I’m also eating very little, but that’s not true either. I have a cheat meals every other weekend, and even recently went totally off diet during a trip to New York. After going back on the diet and taking these, I am back to my lowest weight again only a week later.
Like I said, it’s hard to tell HOW much these pills are working, considering it’s alongside a surprisingly effective diet. But I think they are overall working pretty well to support my metabolism going up, and I typically only take one pill each day in the morning for breakfast. Results may improve if I took more or if I took another pill later in the day. If you want to try it, I’d give it a shot. It doesn’t seem to have any adverse effects and it seems to work pretty well!
