Not sure if this helped at all. I don’t have diabetes/neuropathy. I’ve been trying to figure out what the problem is for about 10 years, but haven’t yet. Three podiatrists were of no help, either. I’ve tried all types of shoes, insoles, and creams, even medications, but none have helped consistently. The foot pain/burning has really interfered with my life activities.
Recently, I saw some arthritis cream and thought maybe this could be the answer, since I do have arthritis in my hands and neck. (Why the podiatrists never thought of it, I don’t know! Why do I have to figure it out??) I’ve only been using the cream for a few days, and I think my foot pain is improving. I will keep trying this for a while and am hoping I’ve finally found an answer after 10+ years!
I only wrote all this in case there’s someone else out there with similar symptoms. Good luck!

I got this for foot pain. It seems to help. I’m big on natural medicine. I’ve been taking it for 60 days and my balance has improved. Also the pain is not as bad. Lot’s of B vitamins, that’s a good thing. I stopped taking my B vitamins because this product has the same B’s. Recomended to me by a podiatrist.

I have had persistent nerve pain -at night – for the past few years on my big toe. During the day I only felt the soreness from the previous night’s pain, but almost every night the pain would return about 2-4 hours after falling asleep. I would fight the pain by constantly moving my toes or getting out of bed. The pain severely impacted my ability to sleep. After reading about nerve pain and the benefits of B vitamins and alpha lipoic acid, I ordered the NeuraZenx product. I took 4 caps daily the first week and the pain stopped after 3 days. I then went to 2 caps daily for two weeks and still no pain. I then dropped to one cap per day and still no pain after 46 days. I ordered NeuraZenx in hopes of finding relief from neuropathy in my right foot, as well as chronic nerve pain in my right hand, forearm and elbow. Having taken the maximum prescribed dose of 2 capsules twice daily, the formula seems to have ameliorated these conditions, though one bottle is insufficient to eradicate them. The individual herbs and nutrients would be beneficial on their own, but seem to be a synergistic blend, prompting optimism that accrued benefits will be evident after a second month on NeuraZenx. I can detect no negative side effects, and have no caveats or concerns regarding the purity and processing of ingredients; in fact, I can avow only positive perceptions of the product, having experienced the promising effects of just one month’s regimen.

This has to be the first review I’ve written on Amazon in years. I really wanted to hop on here and let everyone just how amazing this supplement is.
I know I just bought it and it can take 2-3 months to see results, but I can already tell this is great and exactly what I was looking for.
I was searching everywhere for an all in one supplement to have what I need to help repair my mind and body from years of heavy metals and no one came close to including everything you need except for these guys!
From the ALA and B1 and B12 to the turmeric and other floral ingredients, I add this with magnesium malate, vitamin d, potassium citrate, silicic acid I get from Fiji water, and nascent iodine, and I am feeling the detox happening!
We really don’t realize how much aluminum and other heavy metals our bodies have accumulated over the years or decades of our lives, and this combination in addition to filtering out water with Berkey filters and eating a clean diet really has saved my life and my sanity.
I am only 27 years old and I was experiencing a lot of autoimmune disorders, issues with my adrenals, my mental stability with depression and insomnia were suffering, and even having more issues with my autism, and I seriously can’t thank you enough for this.
