Well, this has quickly become part of my daily self care routine and a favorite product!! It’s delicious, a little sweet but I just add a little extra water. I enjoy it best by filling my 32oz cup 1/3 full ice and then fill with water and mix in the powder. It dissolves completely. Provides me excellent clean energy for hour. Is an effective appetite supplement. I feel it’s a good value for the cost. Smell is normal and I really enjoy it 100000%

I received this as a backup to a subscription that was out of stock. This one has a bit of an aftertaste and doesn’t taste like my subscribed item even though they are both ‘mixed berry’ flavor. I tried 1/2 a tube of mix in a 16.9 oz bottle of water and it tastes much better and doesn’t leave much of an aftertaste. It seems to work to help curb appetite, I have not gained any weight since being on it but am still mindful of watching what I eat like I was with my original subscribed item. I am not a health nut nor do I work out regularly. I would prefer junk food/comfort food over healthy food any day of the week so to find something that fills the need for sweets but still allows me to drink water is amazing! I can’t speak for long term results as I have only been using this for about a week.

Have only tried it for about three days, i drink it in the morning simply with water i’ve tried before and after i had breakfast. I have noticed it helps with my bloating and promotes more bathroom breaks🙈
