This product is Zantac 360 which is considered Maximum Strength for Heartburn Prevention & Relief. This is intended for adults and children 12 years and over, dosage is 1 tablet to be swallowed whole, do not chew.
The bottle includes 50 tiny 20mg tablets of Famotidine USP. Looking up the benefits of Famotidine, I find it relieves heartburn associated with acid indigestion and sour stomach, and prevents heartburn associated with acid indigestion and sour stomach brought on by eating or drinking certain food and beverages. So no question this product contains the right ingredient for heartburn. But keep in mind, there’s a large list of warnings associated with this so be sure to read those in case you’re at risk.
It appears Famotidine is typically taken in 10mg or 20mg portions which I assume is why this product is the considered “maximum strength” version. Comparing the two I do see that people with kidney disease are warned to not take 20mg but that warning isn’t listed for 10mg.
I should point out that The package also states that this contains FD&C yellow no. 5 (tartrazine) as a color additive. So if you’re concerned about those unnatural ingredients, I would look elsewhere.
This is their Cool Mint option for flavor, but not sure why that matters since this is a swallow only pill so there’s nothing to taste. Also, It has a shelflife of just over a year, I received it in April 2023 and it expires in July 2024. If this matters, the product itself is made in India.
Altogether I do recommend this product for heartburn relief. I’ll point out that I get heartburn regularly depending on the meal but I don’t have a severe medical issue. It works well for me and I keep it on hand if the typical antacid isn’t doing the job.

The cool mint flavor is wonderful and really does taste very good. It has a very cool minty flavor that makes it a joy to take. People who are used to taking things like zantac and have taken it for a long time like me are weary of trying new things that might come out like I was. Don’t be it has an awesome flavor and it actually makes swallowing a much more pleasant much easier experience. You now don’t have to taste it when putting it in your mouth you just have this wonderful mint flavor. I had absolutely no physical change in response to the cool mint flavor whatsoever. it did what zantac always does work incredibly well. I will be buying cool mint flavor zantac and only cool mint flavor zantac from now on. It was packaged perfectly and I received it a week earlier than expected awesome product awesome!!!!!!! Awesome seller awesome!!!!!! Thank you for an amazing experience thank you!!!!!!!

I decided to try these to help with acid reflux instead of a prescription strength acid reducer I was taking – with the approval of my doctor. (Always consult your doctor before adding or removing medicines for safety.) So far they seem to be helping. One tablet lasts 12 hours so I usually take one after dinner to last me through the night.

Zantac is a well-recommended brand, so these worked as well as I expected. My heartburn issues seem to come and go, so I did not try any of these pre-meal as a preventative, but the couple of times I used them once I had heartburn they worked great in relieving my pain fairly quickly – probably between 20 and 30 minutes each time.
These pills are tiny and easy to take. I did notice the mint flavor, but since you are just swallowing and not chewing, the flavor doesn’t really matter to me and if I hadn’t been looking for it I might not have even noticed.
Overall, these are great for my heartburn relief. It’s a trusted brand and works every time without a long delay.

I have used this off and on over the years. It always works! It’s long lasting so that adds to the value. They are very small. Easy to swallow. That helps if your throat is irritated. Recommend!
