Seeing as I had gastric bypassing surgery 10 yrs ago daily vitamins are essential for me. I know these are marketed toward children however I have grown a fond liking to this brand and the quality vitamins they offer and I am not a kid. I like that they are chewable it makes it so much easier for me to get them down. This one bottle has 90 tablets, the daily dose is 1 tablet so essentially this one bottle will last me about 3 months. Its a great value consider the low cost. I have to say taking my vitamins is not something I look forward to however I know my body needs the D3 and K2 to properly absorb calcium and help keep my bones healthy. Especially for me because I dont eat as much as a grown adult so I have to get the nutrients in somehow. I am so happy I finally found supplements my stomach can tolerate.

I ordered these chewables because my toddlers doctor told me to increase my daughters vitamin D, and I have read that you need to have vitamin D and K2 in order for the vitamin D to digest and aid, processing of calcium, and these chewable tablets are perfect. They have a good taste, and they are easy to chew and swallow. My toddler says that they taste like strawberries, which is great to encourage the consistency of daily use. You get 90 chewables in a bottle, which is equivalent to 45 days of use if taken every day. I’d say this is worth the money spent.

Vitamin D3 is also known as the “sunshine vitamin” and aids in the absorption of calcium. Having strong bones is important for kids to develop at a young age so I cannot stress the importance of these vitamins. These pills offer a whopping 250% of Vitamin D3 on only 1 tablet! Vitamin K2 is less popular but it plays a critical role in the metabolism of calcium. These are so important for your kids at an early age.

I really like these because they aren’t like candy so my kids don’t ask for them like they would a gummy, but they taste good enough that they will take them whenever they are supposed to, which is daily for my kids.

I absolutely love the Zahler brand of vitamins. I’ve purchased them on other websites for years and just discovered that I can get them here cheaper. Score! I love saving money. I got this D3 & K2 supplement for my 15 year old son. Over the years, I’ve become a bit of a vitamin guru trying to keep everyone in the house healthy. It’s been especially important with this kid. He’s CONSTANTLY growing!! He’s actually going through a growth spurt right now. When that happens, he needs even more D3 & K2 than he normally would. He also plays lacrosse, so they’re of the utmost importance to reduce the risk of him breaking a bone. Quick medical tidbit – When looking at how your bones grow there’s a bone health triangle that includes calcium, vitamin D3 and K2. They are all essential while kids and teens are growing. Here’s how the triangle works. Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium and K2 activates the proteins that put the calcium into the bones to prevent them from weakening. So if you’re low on D3, your body isn’t fully absorbing calcium and without enough K2 the proteins aren’t fully activated. Both affect how well calcium does its job. OK, teaching moment is over. 🤣 My son loves the peach flavor of these chewables. I know he’s a little old for chewables, but he has trouble swallowing pills, so chewables it is. I love that Zahler uses only the highest quality ingredients. They’re non-GMO, gluten free and certified Kosher. The best thing is that they’re manufactured in the US in a certified facility, so I can rest easy knowing that they’re safe to give to my family. I also take their vitamins. I wish there were more than 5 stars, because all of Zahler’s products deserve much higher than that.

These are a good size and taste good. Dosage and ingredients are good as well. I have had good results with this brand so far. Not the cheapest, but the quality is good.
