I think these are a good value for a whole food vitamin however I just can’t take them because they give me the vitamin burps for hours that some vitamins seem to do and it tastes awful to me. I have a hard time being consistent taking supplements so if it’s something that is really unappealing it makes it that much harder. If that doesn’t bother you these would definitely be worth trying for the value and ingredients.

So, I honestly wasn’t sure if it was doing anything at all when I first tried it but I know things take time to work so I’m almost done with my first month’s and here are my noted changes.
I had an increase in energy. I could really tell that my body was happy with the vitamin when I started being able to go outside more often and had energy to do things (I struggle with depression). It was a gradual change but it was a pleasant one.
My nails are getting longer and getting very strong. They don’t get fragile and bend when exposed to water from bathing/showering.
My hair is growing pretty fast. My hair is in the awkward ugly stage where it’s long enough to put into a ponytail but not a big one and I felt like it’s pulling me out of my hair’s ugly teen phase.
I was struggling at the beginning of the month with a little amount acne but I can’t say for sure that it helped with it or not because I have also been using a new acne medication (It has since cleared up). I haven’t noticed any significant change in the aspect, but skin hasn’t really been an issue for me for majority of my life.
I stopped taking my other beauty supplements and honestly I feel like this works better and I don’t have to swallow 9 huge capsules in the morning.
What influenced my decision to purchase was that it is made from whole food ingredients. I’ll be buying it again soon because I am almost out. 😊

I have been taking multivitamins for years and had grown to accept that they would always cause nausea. This one doesn’t do that! I’ve been taking it for a week now and have yet to experience nausea! The different vitamins in it are in very bioavailable forms, which really makes a big difference for me!
Aesthetically, the bottle and the box it comes in are really pleasing. I only can find one complaint that the font size used was just a bit smaller than I would have liked. Anyone with poor eyesight is going to have difficulty with reading the label. But, since you can find the label online, you can still read what’s inside if it’s too small for you to see.

My 19yr Old Daughter & I “Late 40’s” started taking this Multiple Vitamin back in April. I’ve always had very Thick Hair then, in March I just started losing clumps of Hair.
