I was recommend to take this supplement as a natural alternative to prescribed mood enhancers. I like that this also has the extra benefits of supporting my immune system as that is also something I am prone to have some challenges with. The pills are average size, easy to swallow and due to them being a capsule they don’t ‘powder’ in the mouth when taking. No side effects or after taste as I’ve found with some other supplements and I noticed an improvement after a few weeks of taking in both my general mood but also I haven’t been feeling as run down especially i the afternoons as much – so in my opinion, it works well!

These capsules are easy to swallow which is a big plus for me. I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks now with no issues. The L-Lysine has definitely helped boost my mood and immune system and I haven’t been feeling as run down as usual.

I really like this product. Each hypromellose and organic rice capsule has 500 mg of L-lysine HCI and nothing else. This makes it easy to just add it to your daily routine. I have been taking L-lysine for almost two years. I usually add the powder form to my smoothie and keep capsules on hand as they are easy to pack for travel. I like that the supplement is packaged and lab-tested in the USA. I also like that it is free from gluten, yeast, milk, soy, artificial flavor, sweetener, or flavor, and has no preservatives. My bottle had just over a three year expiration date. They recommend taking it on an empty stomach. Read the research of L-lysine and check to see if it is right for you. I am pleased with this product and at the time of this writing is was a great value.
