I ordered these because my doctor recommended taking probiotics and I have had some bloating issues, so I liked having the enzymes as part of the set. When they arrived I went to open the probiotics bottle and it sounded odd. When I opened it, I found damaged and leaking capsules and a pile of powder. I did not feel comfortable taking any of them, so ended up throwing them away. The enzymes and charcoal capsules looked fine, but I was a little ticked I had to break the seal on the charcoal bottle to do a quality check, as I had intended it put it on the shelf in case of later need. The expiration dates were all more than one year out (late 2025) from when I received the set.
I tried taking the enzymes for a few days after I started having some bloating, and it seemed to calm down a little more quickly than normal. I can’t ascribe this directly to the supplements but in my opinion they seemed to help. I did not notice any issues after taking them. The charcoal I will hang onto in case of need – I want to do a little more research into the pros and cons of charcoal ingestion.

The probiotics have different 6 strains. The activated charcoal is a liquid capsule that helps with gas and bloating. Great products.

Seems to be working with the efficiency of much more expensive products that I have purchased in a fancy fridge. Keeping the flora alive and happy on the inside seems to be all the rage now a days and I have to be honest it really is giving me a boost that I dont have without. I appear to be thinner after taking these for a month and turns out I am just full of air after all!
