This is hands-down, the best enzyme supplement I’ve ever taken. And I’ve taken a lot of them! I like the fact that this has betaine HCl, But only in a really small dosage. Too much of it can cause gastric upset and people. I feel like this formula has the perfect amount. It also has other digestive aids like ox bile, bromelain, and pancreatin. I take one with every meal, and I’ll take two with a really big meal, or a meal that I know I shouldn’t be eating, like pizza. Don’t use it as a crutch though. It’ll help your digestion, but it shouldn’t give you free reign to eat bad food. I really feel like this supplement has improved my digestion big-time. It’s one of the best Youngevity products I’ve ever taken.

I’ve been using this product for over 25 years and it works very well for me. I also have used Youngevity Plant Derived Minerals for over 25 years. I’m almost 83 in good health which I attribute to the use of these products and healthy diet.

I ordered this for my mother. I am a member of insider where Dr Glidden gives nutritional advice. My mom had her gallbladder out many years ago. She has suffered with her digestive system for so long I can’t tell you. Dr Glidden said if you have no gallbladder you have troubles digesting fat. I ordered this for my mom and it has been like a life saver for her. I just started using it myself, because I get cramped over from eating an apple. This is like a miracle, I can pretty much eat anything now. I carry the enzymes everywhere I go. I
take the whole Youngevity protocol. I am also not having any gluten and all the rest of the 10 bad foods that Dr Glidden recommended. I am off of all of them. I think youngevity products are top notch.

Use one capsule with every meal for digestion. Helps every time. Don’t have to take acid reducers anymore. Must be consistent with taking them everyday if you have trouble digesting food.

I bought the product thinking it was gonna come with 75mgs of Oxbile like the product In the picture states, I also asked a question in the questions section to verify if it would come with 75mgs oxbile and was told yes, upon receiving it says it contains 33mgs. Very disappointing.
