This is a must have product to keep, stay, and get healthy again. I have to have these on hand when I’m not feeling well! It shortened the number of days I stay ill and the severity. We now try to have several bottles on hand so if family member gets the others sick, we will be ready! The suggested dosing is 1 capsule daily but I take 2. I learned from the makers that some of these supplements are set on 100lb dosage, but I recommend checking all the minerals and recommendations on those.
I have recommended this product to everyone I talk to! It’s definitely worth a try. All of the Youngevity products are amazing!
