I’m a very active person so finding ways to combat wear and tear on my joints is a big priority. The ingredients in this complex are incredible! It’s hard to find well-rounded supplements that include necessary ingredients all together but this company has done an awesome job creating “all-in-one” style products. I’ve spent a fortune in the past buying each individual vitamin/nutrient/etc. separately so it’s capsules like this that make healthy living realistic.

I’ve not seen a blend of ingredients quite like this to help support mobility. There is the more common glucosamine and chondroitin, and even collagen, but also some vitamin K-2, bromelain, boswellia, hyaluronic acid, etc. It seems an interesting blend of more typical ingredients and those less typical, but maybe not so odd as these ingredients could be complementary. After taking this supplement for a couple of weeks, I think it is helping my joints, but I don’t think it is making a huge difference and is observably less than some other joint support supplements I have taken. The effectiveness may be due more to dosage than to quality or mix of ingredients as it seems a more reduced affect than a lack thereof.
The supplement is a white powder in a cellulose capsule. The capsules come in a wide mouth, clear plastic bottle with a white plastic screw on cap. Given the bottle is clear, I would suggest storing it in a dark place to protect the supplement from sunlight. The serving size is two capsules and they are relatively small (smaller than average I think, and easy to swallow).
I can appreciate that this supplement does provide some benefit and helps my joints feel a bit better, but I am not so sure it works better than some others. For me, I think a larger dose would likely improve the benefit, but at the higher cost point, I am not sure it beats out some of the others that I have been taking and find work a bit better. I do think this supplement is of reasonable quality, but I did not see anything about third party testing, certified GMP, or other indicators that would help back that up. While not bad, I think I will stick to my other joint supporting supplement.

I started to notice a difference after finishing about half of this jar. I’m still taking it but don’t expect immediate results (depending on your level of joint inflammation of course). That said, given the combo of ingredients in these which is awesome, I have no doubt it’ll bring about a LOT of relief
No ill effects here, all slow ongoing benefits thanks to some nice, clean, inflammation-lowering ingredients. I imagine this will also be excellent for long term maintenance

It’s a little tough reviewing supplements and their effectiveness because you have to really give it time to see if they work. I gave this one about a month and a half, which I think is good. I can only compare it to 2 other supplements for joints that I’ve taken, and this one just didn’t make me feel as loose and limber as the other ones did. It’s also priced more expensive than the other 2. I do like the ingredient of glucosamine, as it’s proven to help with joint pain and mobility. I just didn’t notice much of a difference in how I FEEL with this particular pill.

In addition to my creaking knees and aching hips I’m starting to notice some arthritis in my right hand so, when this became available for me to try, I decided to go for it!
The capsules have a light, inoffensive smell (always a plus, especially with vitamins!) and are a nice standard size that’s easy to swallow.
As with any supplement you’ll want to compare the nutritional table with anything else you’re taking to ensure you’re not getting a higher-than-recommended dose of any one vitamin along the way. In addition to some very unique ingredients this particular supplement also contains some Vitamin K2 and a bit of calcium but not enough of either one to concern me about getting an overdose due to overlap with the other supplements I’m taking.
I know it takes time to see a difference but I do feel like my right ring-finger is moving more freely today (about 1 week in). I’m glad I’ve had the chance to try this product but the price point is a bit steep for me to continue unless it really proves itself ($49.97 ($0.83 / Count) or $1.66/day) at the time of this review).

I’m a writer and a few months ago my left hand began to hurt. I thought I had injured it someone and went to the doctor. They took a look at it, gave it an X-ray and MRI and it turns out that it is a ‘repetitive motion injury’ from writing (or more appropriately typing) all of the time. I asked the doctor if I could do anything for it to which he replied ‘you can take some pain killers every morning’. Basically, if it gets worse there are surgical options but it’s not even close to that point yet.
I decided to try a few other things, including supplements. I’ve tried a few things but this product works better than anything else I’ve tried–at least so far. Obviously, it’s not possible to categorically give it credit for everything but since I’ve started taking the Yoli-Flex I’ve had virtually no issues with my hands. Definitely a ‘short sample size’ and it could end up being a complete coincidence but I’m going to keep taking it until proven otherwise.
There’s nothing snaky in this product–it has Collagen, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Vitamin K2 and Bromelain as the primary ingredients. There’s nothing out of the ordinary in the ‘proprietary blends’ that are included either. I’ve actually been working more than usual of late and yet I’ve had little to no pain since I started taking the Yoli Flex. I’ll definitely keep taking it as long as it keeps working. Highly recommended!
