Protein powders seem like they can be a dime a dozen, but there is a difference! Most often you have to pay a little more if you want true quality. Xwerks is definitely that. It might seem pricey, but when it comes to your health, that little bit more is worth it.
Now in my 50’s, I noticed that retaining muscle wasn’t as easy as in my 20’s (of course!), but once I started using Lift and Grow, I’m getting results I used to get back in my 20’s and 30’s after working out. The protein drink tastes great which is a huge plus, but I notice that it also helps with hunger. You drink one of these bad boys and you will feel full (it’s not meant to be a meal replacement, but it definitely can).
Knowing that his is as natural as protein powders can get is huge as when you get older, you realize that you truly are what you eat and the body is not as forgiving as when you’re in your 20’s and 30’s. This helps get your health back in line without making your dread drinking it.

I wanted to get the best value for my money, in my research this was the product I landed on, and it seemed like a great choice knowing that the product comes from grass fed cows with no hormones and no antibiotics was a huge selling point for me.
I’ve been mixing it with cold water and it is absolutely delicious! I seriously can’t wait till the end of my workout to enjoy this! The taste reminds me of a chocolate malt, I can’t get over how good it is, and with water it’s not chunky or thick at all. I have tried it with milk and it taste even better, but the milk made it a little thicker, and I didn’t enjoy that as much.
Mixing is very quick in a workout bottle, and I’ve never had any clumps or chunks, like with other proteins.
Getting back into the gym after 12 years cause I was getting a little fat on my gut, I feel like I chose the best protein that I could, after watching what I eat, and drinking only water, after my workouts this protein really seems to do the job to ensure my muscles don’t ache nowhere near as bad as if I didn’t take this.
Don’t second guess the price, you’re going to want the best for your body if you’re serious about getting into shape. This product comes highly recommended!

I don’t even like chocolate and I love this. It’s phenomenal with 2 percent milk. I have never once liked a protein until this. Wow. Can’t go wrong!

Using for 2 weeks now. Lost 8 lbs and 3”in legs and 4” in waist/stomach. Replacing 1 meal a day with a shake. I use milk and it’s delicious. And I hate a lot of drinks. I don’t eat much only because I don’t like a lot of foods
Keep in mind, I do a fast walk 4 miles a day at least 4 days a week on the treadmill. 5% incline and 4.3mph speed.

Probably the best tasting protein powder I’ve had. It doesn’t sit in my stomach like mud and digests well. My only gripe is that even with a good blender this stuff sticks to the sides of the blender a lot. I find myself using a rubber spatula to scrape it off so it can be mixed with the rest of the drink. If I didn’t do that I’d be wasting money rinsing expensive protein powder down the drain.
Overall it’s high quality and has helped me get good results. I recommend XWerks Creatine to go with it.

I usually don’t do reviews but I have contacted this company 3 times about the flavor of this product. It tastes nothing like peanut butter. It does mix well and has a decent chocolate tastes but it isn’t supposed to taste like chocolate. So maybe writing this will get a response.

I have been buying this for months now and absolutely love it!
The taste is great, It mixes effortlessly and the Chocolote flavor literally tastes like a milk shake.
Some of these reviews are very strange, one person even claims that the flavor isn’t written on the package, which is idiotic, as the flavor is printed on the back in a circle, FIVE times.
Love this stuff more than any protein i’ve tried over the past 30 years.

This is the cleanest and best tasting protein I’ve ever used. Very easy on the stomach! Little pricey but you get what you pay for that’s for sure! Would highly recommend it to anyone who could consistently afford it.

I have been looking for a new peanut butter flavored whey protein powder for smoothies and decided to give this a try. However, it tastes nothing like peanut butter. I almost think they put the wrong flavor in the pouch. It is basically chocolate. I would not buy for this flavor again.
