I was introduced to this product on a trip to India. It’s amazing- soothes coughs right away. My friend is a singer and uses these if she’s scratchy before performing. I keep them at my desk since Im doing lots of video meetings and bring them when I travel. I like the mild herbal taste too.

Works well for coughs and colds, including those caused by the 4 other coronaviruses which are responsible for about 40% of the usual coughs and colds. I usually get a dry cough when the AC/heater is at peak season and running a lot. I take 2 tabs at bedtime and Hamdard takes care of it.

No sugar and extraordinarily effective. I came across these years ago in a local store, now closed. I’ve been very happy to find them again. All herbal active ingredients. Do check out the list of herbs if you have allergies, but almost everyone should be fine with these.
