I’ve been exploring the benefits of shilajit and ashwagandha lately, and these gummies are a fantastic find. The addition of organic Himalayan ingredients and manuka honey makes them feel even more premium.
Unlike pills, which sometimes give me a stomach ache, these gummies digest well and are much easier on the system. I was so excited to see these gummies! I have heard great things about the benefits of taking these. I have started taking these gummies once a day as part of my daily routine. The Gold packaging and low sugar content made these very appealing. The flavor is great too!

This is another winner in my book. I’ve really transition most of my supplements to being in gummy form. They taste great and have the ingredients that I approve of.
These do have a bit of sugar in them but just a small amount. You will receive a months supply.

I’ve tried several brands of Shilajit gummies and have experienced a wide variety of flavors. THIS brand contains 250 mg per gummy and tastes delicious! It’s easy to compare milligrams and prices but it’s difficult to get an idea of what they’ll taste like when reading reviews. So let me be perfectly clear, THESE little bears have zero bitterness and really do taste like honey and blueberry candy. There is absolutely no need to accept bitter Shilajit gummies that taste like sucking on Satan’z toenails.
More particulars: Bottle arrived in a box completely sealed in clear cellophane with another foil seal over the opening of the bottle itself. Does not have a child-safe cap. Expiration date 12/2026

These gummies arrived in a fancy bottle with a gold top. They include Shilajit, Ashwagandha, and Manuka Honey. The taste of these gummies is really nice. There have been some gummies that do not taste good at all and you have to weigh the benefits against that taste. I like the honey aspect of these gummies and I think that’s why they taste so good. I really was impressed with the overall presentation and quality of these gummies. It’s a great way to get some Shilajit.

Vs another brand I tried these have double the calories and you have to take 2 vs 1. The value at that point isn’t the best but still good. They tasted good, fresh package and expiration date. I’m becoming a fan of these overall as most if not all have additional vitamins we can all benefit from. Good packaging and only took a star off due to needing 2vs1 for serving plus the extra calories.

Shilajit and Ashwagandha are helpful supplements to a daily intake. Throw in some manuka honey and you have a great daily gummy to help with overall wellness to destress and combat inflamation. I like taking gummies because they’re easier than having to add a powder to a drink and less of an ordeal compared to eating a chalky pill. Unfortunately, these gummies have a taste that isn’t for me. The blueberry doesn’t do it for me so I wouldn’t buy these ones again.
