I like these strips because they dissolve easily on your tongue. They have peppermint oil in them so you get a nice fresh mint aftertaste. The only thing I wish was a little different about this product was the strips were in a single dispenser unit as opposed to each strip being individually packaged which is very wasteful. Each strip delivers 3mg of melatonin to help you sleep. I usually take 5mg, so I just take 2 strips. It takes about 30 mins to an hour to feel the effects of the melatonin. I personally feel like I’ve gotten some great sleep taking these. I haven’t noticed any strange side effects. I wake up refreshed and ready to start the day.

I really like these little melatonin strips. I’m guessing it’s the gaba in them, but after I take them I do feel tired and relaxed. I love that they’re individually packaged and labeled so that I can throw them in my bag when I travel and they’re not just another generic looking white capsule bouncing around in my pill case. I will probably save these for travel and not take them on a everyday basis just for that reason, but they’re extremely convenient and they definitely do help with sleep. Highly recommend!

The expiration date is Nov. 2026 which is far enough out. These are nifty little dissolvable strips so they will start working quickly and don’t mean running for some water to take them. The box is nice and carefully sealed as it should be. Your effectiveness may vary. I will update after using a few times.
There are NO typos, spelling errors, or mistakes in grammar of any kind on the label. This can sound superficial, but it is an example of CARE. A company that takes the time to properly proofread before printing their labels is, IMHO, more likely to take care in sourcing ingredients and manufacturing their product. Some medical product companies do NOT show such care.

The entire experience with these ‘sleep strips’ was frustrating and unpleasant. Right from the get-go I could not get the little packet open. It does not tear at all, and the peel-away corner would not release, so I had to cut it open. The tiny melt-away square had a noticeable mint scent that hid its true power. The taste and sensation of that little piece was like eating an entire tube of toothpaste with some Altoids. It was intense and did the exact opposite of what it was meant to do, which was relaxing me to go to sleep. I was wide awake and could not get any rest at all. As a sleep aid, this fails completely. As a breath freshener, it knocks it out of the park. This is not a new or innovative product– ‘breath strips’ have been available for years. Adding a tiny amount of melatonin to it does not justify the outrageous price tag of $22 for 30 pieces.

I used one of these strips once and had a restful sleep. Then I noticed the “other ingredients” list on the box. Aside from water, there are ten other ingredients. These include aspartame, sucralose, and saccharin. I would rather not consume these chemicals, so I will not be using any more of these strips.

I ordered this supplement because it has Vitamin B6 and Melatonin. However, the posting did not list all of the ingredients which I always check before ordering.
I dislike that it has many questionable ingredients such as Titanium Dioxide, Aspartame, Sucralose, and Sodium Saccharin plus others that I am not familiar with or cannot even pronounce.
I dislike that the packets are very hard to open even though they have a corner to peel open. I had to cut the packet with scissors. The strips are very small at 1.25 inches long. The strips look like very thin parchment paper. They have a slight peppermint smell.
I did not consume this product because I did not feel safe or comfortable taking it because most of the ingredients are not natural. If I had known about all of the unhealthy ingredients, I would not have ordered this product.

The Good:
* They do work, they do seem to have melatonin in them so they do have the expected result…mostly
* They do dissolve quickly
* I like that they at least claim to not have any unnecessary ingredients
The Meh:
* The picture shows someone who looks absolutely zonked out, which at least for me is not happening with only 3mg. I’ve been taking melatonin for years off and on, and 5mg really is the minimum for me but 3mg might be enough for others.
* I’m not sold on the GABA or the need for the B6 & B12
* The taste is okay, and it does dissolve quickly, but there’s a bit of an aftertaste that I don’t like (see “The Bad”)
The Bad:
* I do not like the menthol flavor in this product. The peppermint would have been fine, but even that’s really too much. I’m going to bed and don’t need the breath fix. The menthol leaves an aftertaste that I really don’t like.
* The price is out of control ($23.39 *on sale* at time of review). Way too expensive for what it is.
The Verdict:
If you are okay with menthol and 3mg of melatonin, and have money to burn, go for it.
I personally will not get these again and likely won’t even finish what I have. I really dislike the aftertaste/menthol and would likely need 2 to get the sleep assistance that I need. They may be a little more convenient if you are packing them, but that benefit is woefully inadequate as a justification for the cost which is completely out of line with virtually every other melatonin product available.
I really don’t recommend them.

3 MG is a good dosage of melatonin. It dissolves quick, I don’t mind the taste. It kind of reminds me of the old mouthwash dissolvable strips.
3 MG is a good dose for me, anything more and I struggle to wake up, but this is for those nights where I am not yet tired when I should be. It helps jump start my sleep, and my fitbit tracks better sleep the nights I have used it.
