It helped a little. Not as well as more expensive probiotics I’ve tried though. I’d suggest saving your money and purchasing some of better quality.

Over the years I’ve learned that probiotics are the way to go. Has great health benefits. I can finally say after some time I have found my last brand to try. These have been working miracles and I couldn’t be more happier.

I’ve tried lots of probiotics and these work on me but it seems that I’ve gots keep going up, other than that it works great! The taste isn’t bad (didn’t really have a chance to taste because it went down fast). As for digestion there weren’t any problems there either.

These are okay, seem to work like any other decent probiotic. However I take off two stars, because 1) they are HUGE & you have to take two at a time. And 2) I have noticed after about 2 weeks of taking them that I am urinating way more frequently than normal. I don’t like having to use the bathroom every 20 minutes, especially if I am at work. Two positive takeaways are: they are a good price point & they don’t smell weird or taste bad like a lot of probiotics do.

The capsules are easy to swallow. This is a pretty basic probiotic which contains 18 strains. They seem to work for me, I feel better when I take them, if I elaborate, they may not approve this review since they can be particular about supplement reviews on here at times. The price seems extremely reasonable to me.

They work great, I haven’t noticed any side effects like bloat or gas. These are easy on the gut but a little hard to swallow because they are big capsules. Great price as well!
