I like that these are in a gummy form. You take two of them in the morning on an empty stomach for best results. I have been taking these for a while and haven’t experienced any adverse results from taking them. They taste pretty good and so far, they are working just fine. You also have to eat well and exercise with these for the best experience.

These are to be used with a healthy diet and exercise. Having these every morning remind me that I am to watch my diet and get some exercise in. The taste is ok, not like candy but not nasty either. I am pleased with the ingredients and I think they are helping.
The Pentagon –
I like that these gummies give you a comprehensive formulation that contains extracts like green tea, coffee bean, and garcinia — these are all well known ingredients for this type of product. The amount of each is relatively low, so I think this would be a good introduction to this type of supplement to see how your body reacts to them. So far, I feel good taking these gummies, and the flavor is pleasant (it tastes like apple, as promised). The price for this at $9.99 is excellent, and it’s affordable enough to see the effects over a 30-day period.

I’m 47 and have taken lots of gummies over the years. These are truly the best tasting ones I’ve ever tried! They’re close to kids’ snack gummies. And these really do work too! I take them early in they day before ever eating and it’ll be hours before I ever get hungry. I will definitely be getting more of these!

I like these gummies! They smell and taste great! Based on the blend these seem to lean heavily on caffeine. They do contain spinach powder (which I can’t taste) which is chocked full of goodness. I look forward to burning more fat with these gummies (and proper diet and exercise of course).

This fat burner has a pretty good taste. They are chewy and can be taken one time daily with exercise. It states to take on an empty stomach so I usually go take a walk after a meal. Results are not instant they do take time to see any progress.

I have an obsession with anything gummy, and the fact that I can now get gummy supplements has been a lot of fun for me. I’ve tried many gummy supplements.
A few things about this bottle. First, I do like the fact that the company name, address, and email address is posted on the bottle. I appreciate the transparency of the company. You can also visit their website. One thing off is that I did not find THIS particular supplement on their website. Maybe it is because it is an old product that they are selling thru, or maybe it is too new and hasn’t been posted.
The ingredients are ingredients that you often find in weight loss formulas. I don’t think any of this is ”women” specific so should be fine for a man too.
It contains Green tea extract 25mg, Garcinia extract 25mg, Rasberry ketones extract 25mg, Green Bean Coffee extract 25mg, and Caffeine 10mg.
Now, some of these extracts claim they are 10:1 so I guess the idea is that at a lower mg quantity, it would still get the job done. However, when I look up these ingredients the amounts ”they” suggest you take is substantially more than what is listed in here. I just don’t think this is potent enough to do much.
That being said, it is probably the cheapest fat loss supplement I have seen in a while at the current price of $9.99.
2 gummies are 5g and are said to be apple flavor. They are also sugar free. The taste is good, but not incredible. Like I don’t necessarily get excited about eating these like I do other gummy supplements.
I am going to try these, and if magic happens I will let you know. In all honesty, sometimes the placebo effect or the daily habit of eating a little thing that reminds you to stay on track…could keep you on track and therefore lead to weight loss.

I emailed the seller to inquire about the strength of the product and the fact that these particular gummies are not offered on their direct website. They responded to me and said, ”Our Fat Burner for Women is still available on the Amazon Storefront. We’ve pared down the product offerings on our site to reflect the part of our catalogue that website customers were actually interested in, based on shopping behavior. We now offer that smaller subset of products there for a simpler shopping experience, but we are continuing to offer our wider range of products on other platforms like Amazon.
While some studies use larger amounts of certain ingredients, our formula is designed to provide effective and safe amounts for everyday use. Our commitment to our customers is to offer superior supplements at affordable prices, with safety, quality, and integrity steering everything we do.”
I am satisfied with that answer, and have given this a 4 star.
