Got the product few days ago. The shipping was quick, and the packaging was nice and clean! “Thumbs up”
I’ve only been taking it couple days, so can’t say much about the long-term effects yet, but I’m loving the ingredients. Soy isoflavones, rosehip, evening primrose, and Pueraria Mirifica – all good stuffs that I’ve heard great things about for women’s health.
The capsules are easy to swallow, which is a big plus because I hate those horse-sized pills. No weird aftertaste or anything either. Haven’t noticed any side effects so far, which is awesome.
I’ll definitely update after few weeks, but for now, five stars for the great start! Can’t wait to see the benefits as I keep using it. 🙂

Ok I can’t really give a proper review as to the effectiveness of this product because I experienced a side effect as a result of taking this.
I apparently am sensitive to the soy riboflavin in the product.
As far as I can tell, the supplement appears to have decent contents and packaging. The ingredients are clearly visible. I did not have any upset stomach. The side effect stopped once I stopped the supplement. Now some people are more susceptible to issues with the soy riboflavin and I am one of them.

I’ve been taking it for about 2 weeks now. So far so good. I noticed that my sleeping had been better than before. I can fall asleep faster than before. No taste or smell and easy to swallow. Recommend it.

I decided to try this to help balance my estrogen levels. It did help, as I noticed I had more energy and even lost a few pounds. It also improved my sleep. The capsules were a manageable size and easy to take, though it would have been more convenient if only one capsule was needed per dose. There was no aftertaste, which was a plus.
The only reason I won’t be purchasing more is that I seem to have a sensitivity to it, and my digestive system reacted poorly. I suspect my IBS might be the cause. Otherwise, I really liked the product, and it did work for me in other areas.
