I ordered this supplement for my daughter, who has estrogen dominance. She tries her best to lessen the symptoms with a healthy diet and regular exercise, but sometimes that’s just not enough. Also, she has a very bad PMDD.
The first things that struck me are: the product is made in Germany, and is therefore subject to stricter EU regulations than we have here in the US with the FDA. Second, there is tracking and tracing information on the bottle.
The % amount of some ingredients listed on the bottle label is a reasonable amount within the US RDA, and not excessive as you might find from other sources. That said, the fruit, flower, and vegetable extracts are higher than what you would get from eating the natural sources.
My daughter began taking these supplements just over a week ago, so as of yet there hasn’t been much change, if any. Then again, I think we have to wait at least one complete monthly cycle to see how well this product works for her.

This supplements capsules are very easy to swallow. I had no detection of smell and I couldn’t taste anything from these capsules either. This supplement is very helpful for my issues.

This bottle contains a large variety of nutrients. When looking at the label, this range and quantity of vitamins will hopefully be a benefit to my body and bloodwork. Cruciferous ingredients have been noted to be beneficial. And this is just one of many ingredients I find attractive in this supplement. I believe that having a healthy body is one of the greatest investments I can make to enjoy life as much as possible. That’s why I’m pleased to having added this to my diet.
