This did not work at all. I honestly bought it because of the reviews saying it worked. And because it said it was good for the upper respiratory and colds etc. I’m sick with an upper respiratory infection. And this didn’t do anything really. Like at all. I was taking it exactly as directed. And it did nothing for me. Still sick… not even a bit better. Very dissatisfied
