I had to switch to this as my regular bitters were no longer available. Bitters don’t usually taste great, people altho I don’t think these are too bad. I’ve had way worse. These seem to help my digestion and heartburn.

Chiropractor suggested I use BITTER HERBS and I bought several different brands but this was the ONLY tincture that is actually bitter!!

BUT, MY CHIRO IS SEEING A LOT OF IT IN HER PRACTICE.
I have vagus nerve disregulation which can result in shut down of the digestive tract but mine caused my gag reflex to stop, my toes to curl (no cramp feeling) at the oddest times, my diaphragm to cramp and spasm, stomach to have butterflies ALL the time (awful way to live), high blood pressure (I used to be super low), and it wasn’t regulating my heart rate (120-185 at rest) and I suddenly had an extra squeeze in one lower chamber!
Feels Awful!!!!
One day I felt fine, the next I was a mess!!
Got all the tests done and heart is healthy with no blockages.
Cardiac electrotherapist knew nothing about the vagus nerve.

My bottle actually came with some leak in the cap and lost a bit of fluid in shipment, but I didn’t want to drive to return it which is a long ways from my home. Aside from that, these bitters are awesome, they have an earthy taste and I think they do help me digest my food a bit better. I take the dose a few minutes before I eat. Very pleased

Tastes horrible but it’s supposed to!
I have severe GERD, am not able to take PPIsc H2 blockers don’t work and have found this more effective than “time of use” anti-acid alternatives like Tums & Alka-Seltzer. Consistent use is really helping with the issue and making it very manageable. Highly recommend trying this.
Note: I’m doing this in conjunction with a very strict diet / lifestyle. No high acid/fat/caffeine foods, no eating within 3 hours of bed, eating slowly, drinking water constantly, propping myself up at night. Big fan of this support though!
