This Great Tasting Product Really Works!! As I transitioned to an exclusively plant-based diet, I was concerned that I might be missing on some essential nutrients. Update: I honestly can’t tell a difference I’ve been using it since November 7-2023
I just got my second bottle in the mail today January 19, 2024. I’m going to keep using it just to see if it needs more time. I’m still losing my hair and my skin is the same. As for my nails, they have never been this short they’re breaking. My friend did tell me that it took about six months for her to notice a difference so I will continue to buy it to see if I see any difference. I hope this review has helped. I gave it four stars because it does not taste bad and it’s easy to take.
So I bought this because a friend recommended it to me because my hair has been falling out. I have only been using it for two weeks so I can’t say if it’s working or not. I will say it’s easy to take and the taste of it is mild.

I bought this two other times and this third time the formula is different and it’s very hard to drink. Normally the taste is very light but Even the color/smell of it changed. Not sure If it’s a different batch or the formula was changed but I would hate if that happened because I genuinely do like this product and it has worked for my hair, skin and nails.

I feel like I got duped….I thought I did my due diligence comparing and choosing but I guess I didn’t. I read but didn’t realize the $23 bottle and the $17 bottle are the same 2oz bottle. I tried to return this because who pays more for the same product but it’s not returnable…….so I really hope it works.
I opened and started it. The taste is not bad so that’s a plus.
