I am so disappointed. Years ago I bought this same type of product from someone else and it worked like a charm…meaning I would taste the drops and they would NOT taste good and do what it is supposed to do. That is, dull or make the taste of sweets taste bad, bitter, or unsavory & NOT SWEET. However, just taking these drops undiluted and often, it tastes GOOD, it tastes sweet. And it does nothing to make a bite of sugar/sweet food taste savory or bad. It’s soooo weird! Very sad, I was so looking forward to getting back on this stuff to curb my after meal sweet attack. GRRRR. If the companies reading this, please reach out? Maybe this batch I received reversed the process and something went wrong??? Thanks for listening.

That doesn’t mean they don’t work.
Nobody with any sense is going to take the word of a stranger on the internet about the quality or effectiveness of something like this.
If you’re here considering this, you should know what you expect from it and if it’s safe for you.
With that in mind, I’m going to focus on the aspects of this product that I’m qualified to talk about which would be the packaging and the taste/ease of taking.
As for the packaging, I’ll say it’s top-notch. There’s a solid cardboard box surrounding a cardboard insert protecting a bottle.
Despite the bottle being glass, I’m going to say your delivery driver would have to *try* to break this, even if it comes in a less than secure shipping package.
The bottle has a very effective tamper-proof seal and the lid is the dropper.
I had no idea what to expect from the flavor but like other items I’ve reviewed from this seller, they suggest you add it to a drink.
With that in mind, I again took one for the team and tried this straight on the tongue. The immediate taste was pleasant and almost reminded me of honey but it was immediately followed up by a strong bitter after-taste. I needed to wash it down with something to get rid of that.
Diluting it in a cup of hot tea, I couldn’t taste it at all so putting it in something would be the way to go.
I can attest that a dropper full of this and at least two other things from this company in the same cup of tea seems to have no meaningful impact on the tea for me so unless you’re in a hurry, that’s how I’d do this.
I’m keeping mine in the kitchen.
They claim that this being in liquid form, it is faster acting. I don’t know about that but it seems a reasonable claim and if your adverse to swallowing pills, this is a great alternative.
With a reasonable price and the ease with which it can be consumed, if you’re looking for a Gymnema Sylvestre supplement, I think this is a great option.

Used between .75 and 1ml of the oil with 2oz of water, swishing it in my mouth for about a minute and could not taste a KitKat directly on my tongue. I could feel the texture but really couldn’t enjoy eating it cause the sweetness isn’t there, which is good. Another benefit is that you can’t actually taste the oil when diluted with water, it just tasted like water which surprised me, I was expecting a super herb-y taste which I did not get.

I’m totally into banana scented bath products, including lotions, shower, gels, shampoos, and conditioners. However, they’re not easy to find and I’m going to try to use this fragrance oil to scent some of my plain scented stuff. Haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but the scent alone of the fragrance oil I received is perfect.

Effectivenes of this product depends on how much you want to cut out sugar. As with anything if you want to reduce sugar consumption and you are actively trying to this product will help you. The taste is not bitter nor sweet but right in the middle of that makes sense, you definitely know you deaden your taste buds. Quality is key it comes in a brown bottle and glass dropper which helps shelf stability. blood sugar levels because I’m not a diabetic. It’s a good value for the money in my opinion as it does help me with appetite suppressants and control.

My doctor recommended this to make sweet foods aversive and it works! When I want carbohydrates (aka- sugar) I put a dropper full of this in 2 oz water and swish it in my mouth for a few seconds before swallowing (like the directions say). After that, anything sweet tastes awful! And it lasts 2-3 hours.
