I don’t know if I think this supplement is going anything for me. I WILL say that of the Wild & Organic line, this is one of my least favorite. I don’t know if it’s the flavor or the supplement itself, but this was not great.

I was happy to find resveratrol in a gummy form. i hate trying to swallow pills or capsules. these are much too expensive for the number you get, and there is no dessicant in the bottle. the gummies are sticky and clump together. after adding my own dessicant this stopped being a problem. for the price, i should not have to add to or take anything away. If I had to stop one of my supplements, this would be the one i’d stop.

The product wasn’t melted or anything when it arrived even tho it was 90 degrees that day lol It tastes good..like grapes. I take one in the morning and my hot flashes have improved considerably. I barely get them now when it use to be every night. I don’t experience any side effects..however I don’t take the full dose either since one is enough for me. Because of this, it’s definitely worth the money I spent.

People. That bitter taste is from the RESVERATROL, not the blueberry flavor. If you have ever tried to choke down the unadulterated powder, you will recognize that bitter taste immediately. I had been mixing resveratrol powder with some yogurt to solubilize it, and swallowing it down with great difficulty until I finally found these gummy bears. I’m not sure if it’s any better than nothing at all because I can’t see the color. You’re not supposed to use a dark brown color resveratrol, but it’s all purple, so…it could be completely waste of money. Still, it’s better than the white resveratrol that I can’t choke down because it tastes so nasty.
