I like taking Skullcap for sleep. I don’t take it every night… I only take it after a couple nights of insomnia when I’m feeling extra exhausted and I really want a night without waking up. It works for me. I researched the Wild & Organic brand. Their website is accessible and tells their brand story. I like that their products are 100% organic, FDA approved (GMP certification) and third-party tested, sugar-free and alcohol-free, created by a family-owned business located in California.
I take four supplemental tinctures made by Wild & Organic and I like them all.
One thing to note… one claim they’re not making is “USDA Certified Organic”. We do need to trust their marketing materials that their products are made from 100% organic ingredients. They are a small family-owned business with a mission and I know it’s very costly to apply for and adhere to Federal regulations. One can adopt organic farming and manufacturing practices and commit to using 100% organic ingredients, without going through the process to become Federally certified. I trust them.
