I love this stuff. I put a few drops in my water throughout the day and I do feel like it helps maintain a sense of calm. It doesn’t have a taste unless you put a lot, then it gives sort of a faint black tea flavor.

I believe this would be a great product!! I like what’s in it..EXCEPT…I didn’t read every I gradient till received…it contains St Johns wort which is effective..BUT interact with A LOT of stuff..and I happen to be on a feww..my fault..but I also think because it is so interactive they should point it out as much as the rhodiola etc. But for those who can take it..I bet it would be great!!

I love the ease of a liquid. This has minimal flavor so I take it with plain water. It would be nice if the dropper were marked so that you know you’re taking the full dose.
