Tasty flavor gummies make taking them easier

These gummy’s are delicious no doubt about it. However, I’m assuming that many of us don’t eat vitamin gummy’s solely for pleasure or the sake of satisfying our sweet tooth. Although flavor is a bonus, vitamin gummy’s primarily serve as an easier means to meet recommended nutritional values.
The serving sizes of the ingredients listed in these gummy’s are standard. Yet, they are advertised as iodine gummy’s while containing zinc and selenium, two extremely important compounds that nonetheless pose health dangers, if taking in excess. One serving (two gummy’s) meet your daily value of zinc and a selenium. Because of this, it would be advisable to ensure that you are not taking any other supplements, such as a multivitamin, that also contain selenium and zinc. Keep in mind that you also get a decent amount of selenium from your diet as it is found in many foods. When supplementing with zinc, you may benefit from taking copper as well because zinc has been shown to deplete copper.
I don’t find it accurate to categorize this supplement as iodine gummy’s. While they do meet the RDV of iodine, the additional zinc and selenium they contain can potentially do more harm than good for certain individuals; especially those who are already taking supplements that contain zinc and selenium.
If you are looking for a supplement that only provides iodine, then these gummy’s are not for you. Instead, you could swallow a pinch of iodized salt. I’m joking about swallowing salt, but you could add in some extra iodized salt in your food if the additional sodium isn’t a concern.
Overall, these gummy’s offer a tasty way to meet the typical daily recommended iodine, zinc, and selenium intake, but they do not just provide iodine. This is something that should be considered before taking the supplement.

I ordered these for my daughter, who can be quite picky. She had no issues with the flavor and said she actually likes it. She takes them daily without having to be instructed to do so. I’d definitely get these again. (We used a lab test which told us she was deficient in iodine. We have not retested as of this review.)

i have been trying to find something that contained exactly these supplements for supporting thyroid health, bonus is how good they taste.

The vitamin supplement are for my grandkids, which are twins . They are considered micro preemies at birth. They had their number of medical issues throughout the years, and we heard Iodine gummies would be very beneficial ,
specifically for a good health.

I chose to take these in order to add selenium to a small amount of iodine that I was originally getting from another product. Since the amount of iodine listed in this product was considerable less than the dosage of my previous product, (nascent iodine) it made it easier for me to control the dosage. The product seemed to be working for me, but after a few weeks of taking this, I wondered why I was having digestive issues. After a search on the Internet of the ingredients in this product , I discovered that malt syrup is generally not considered gluten free and since I’m gluten sensitive, I discontinued the product and returned to the previous product until I can find another that has selenium without the gluten. My digestion issues have since subsided.
