I cannot stand the flavor of this mango supplement. I know it has good elements to it (electrolytes, fiber, etc…) but I’m only able to take half a scoop at a time, still choking it down no less, because the flavor makes me nauseous. Won’t be purchasing again.

I was surprised how much flavor it adds to my smoothies with the little scoop that’s included. Even without all the benefits I would get this just for the fruit flavor enhancement!

Was looking for a keto friendly gut supplement. What attracted me to this was the ingredients – no fillers, no maltodextrin. But I’m not sure it’s 100% keto friendly even tho the ingredients all check out to be keto friendly tho, and I’d only be taking it occasionally, so not too worried.
That said – Took it as soon as I got it & just because you can put a lot of stevia in something, doesn’t mean you should. The FOS & agave insulin are also sweet. So that was a triple assault on my taste buds. It was hard to get down and I kept having to add more and more water – probably drank 16oz water with 1 tblspn serving. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t pleasant. I bought this for my daughter as well & wonder if I should warn her.
I’m sure this works, but I may have to add it to something with a little more depth than water to counteract the sweetness. A note: there is a negligible amount of cellulose listed on the label. Usually it’s used as a filler.
For the $, I think this is a little pricey. It does mix well in water. And if you can deal with the intense sweetness, it’s not bad. As far as it working, I just started so that remains to be seen.
