It’s been a while since I last took medicine for my sickness. Heck, it’s been a while when I’ve been really sick. Ever since I was introduced to the world of natural supplements I’ve never really taken any “real medicine” With a good diet, exercise and the supplements, I’ve been feeling good since. Lately however, I have started to feel something funny in my stomach. There seems to be something off and it was then that I remembered that I do not have a supplement yet for my gut. I’ve been having my bowel movement irregularly and oftentimes, I have gas (which is somewhat funny when I’m, with friends). I’ve started scouting for a supplement for my gut issues and actually tried various brands to no effect. Somehow, my gut does not seem to be compatible with a lot of those brands until I was referred to this product. Digestive enzymes. As it turned out, it did a very good job on me. As such, I’d like to break down my reasons why I chose this:
a. It’s all natural. The risks are minimal when taken at the required dosage.
b. When taken after a meal, there is a great percentage of preventing/reducing bloating.
c. It’s user friendly. Easy to swallow and has no odor or taste.
d. It works super-fast.
e. It has no side effects.

Wholesome digestive enzymes plus prebiotic/probiotic works better than any digestive enzyme product that I have used before and having the prebiotic/probiotic in it is an additional benefit. I saw the effectiveness of the product the next day after taking it. I liked the fact that it is a plant based vegan formula. Will purchase again.

These Enzymes are a life changer as far as I’m concerned. I used to have terrible digestion problems for years and kept avoiding certain foods. I suffered unreasonable flatulence. It was so terrible my family would get up and have to leave the room for a few minutes. It was humiliating. I couldn’t even stand myself. Then I began to have to go to the bathroom every single time I ate anything at all. I hardly had a normal moment. I tried antibiotics and that helped but the problems came back. I tired yogurt, kombucha, kimchi, and whatever else I could get my hands on at the natural food store near where I live. Nothing was working. It was only getting worse. I loathed eating anything because I knew whatever I ate meant a trip to the bathroom or fleeing family members. I was even beginning to become depressed about this issue. My mother in law suggested digestive enzymes. I bought some from my local heath store. It helped some but not as much as I would have liked. My sister in law gave me something like this product but hers was a pyramid type of deal so I didn’t want to buy their product but I was feeling much better so I knew I needed to find sobering like it on my own. I found this all in one with all the good stuff in it. I first started taking one before I ate anything 2 to 3 times a day. The directions say 2 times a day but I took them any time I ate something. I have never had a bathroom problem again and I no longer am abandoned by my family. Lol I take it as directed now 1-2 times a day. I wish I had understood about gut health years ago but at least I know now and this stuff has changed my life.
As far as easy to swallow. I don’t have a problem. People who have issues with swallowing can perhaps call the manufacturer and ask them if it is safe to take the capsules apart and take the powder inside. I don’t see why not but it’s best to ask the source. And I don’t know why we need to write about flavor. It’s a pill, not my dinner. Lol I don’t care what it tastes like. I don’t really taste anything. I put it towards the back of the throat and drink it down with some water. the other review wants to know about absorbency. It definitely absorbs quickly as far as i know because it hits to work fast. I have been able to digest every single thing I eat every since I’ve started taking this supplement.
I’m giving it 5 stars on everything.

I usually use another brand of digestive enzymes that keeps me very regular. But I thought I would try this one because it’s much cheaper. But I do not get the same full effect as I do from a more expensive digestive enzyme that I purchase.

For some time I had been suffering from poor digestion, due to the fact that I do not have good teeth, which affects me when it comes to chewing food properly, finally one day I decided to try the Wholesome Wellness Digestive Enzymes, and up to this to date I think it has been one of the best decisions I could have made, My digestion has improved a lot, I no longer suffer from dullness, gas or constipation, problems that I had to deal with for a long time, I cannot assure that each person can get the same effects since each system is totally different, however I am of the opinion that like me, anyone who suffers from stomach problems derived from poor digestion should try this product, At least I can say with certainty that I haven’t felt this good in a long time.
