    For years I was struggling with strange symptoms of too much phlegm, what I thought was acid reflux, and getting seasonal sinus infections. I was taking claritin, prevacid, flonase … and I had a major vocal audition coming up in early February.

    In January my ENT doctor recommended that I start taking this quercetin + bromelain supplement because it would reduce mucous production. Sure enough, it started working within a few days. My voice got clearer and more resonant, and I didn’t feel congested. I had this wheezing / rattling in my lungs every morning that vanished almost overnight.

    I now take 2x morning and 2x evening before a meal. I have stopped taking the prevacid and haven’t used the flonase or the claritin ever since. It’s a minor miracle.

    This bottle of pills is in my back packet during allergy season. Everyone is different, but in my case, this natural remedy is better than the over-the-counter allergy pills. And these don’t have side effects. Good stuff!

    I brought this because I was getting sick took it for at least 10 days not sure if it helped went into the hospital shortly after. I recommend any natural vitamins over pharmaceutical
