I am blond, eyed, and have fair freckled skin. I take Athaxathin over the summer. I have a beautiful golden glow. In combination with my sunscreen I am guaranteed a gorgeous tan and no burn.

This Astaxanthin supplement is a great addition to my vitamin regime. The ingredients listing is clean and it comes from a reputable brand so I feel good about taking it. I can’t really evaluate the benefits since like with all supplements it takes time to see the results, but based on initial observation I am recommending this. In addition, I like that the recommended serving is one softgel, so this is super easy to take and incorporate into the daily routine. Happy customer!

I have come to trust the 365 brand more and more for my vitamins and supplements. These are a perfect consumable size and have unpleasant scent or taste, which makes them very easy to take. I have found them to be effective thus far, and they are clearly great quality.

It’s always hard to tell whether supplements are helping, especially if you haven’t taken them for long yet.
However, these Astaxanthin-tablets seem to be helping. They’re from a trusted brand, which is essential to me for supplements.

Overall, I felt comfortable with ordering these as it comes from a reputable brand. The supplements have been easy to take as well. However, I haven’t seen any difference in my skin after 30 days. Perhaps I need to take it longer. On a positive note, I did not experience any side effects.

They’re vitamins. They came sealed, with a cotton ball inside. I haven’t used for a long enough period of time to know if they work the way they’re supposed to, but I received some vitamins.

With so much promising research coming out about Astaxanthin, it is great to know it is easy to access from trusted brands at a fair price. I have not noticed any adverse side effects from taking this, which is great! That being said it is so hard to know if something is “helping” in any way, because things like this involve such slow, long-term use to see benefits and yet you’ll likely never really know what the specific supplement is doing for you in a meaningful way to report to others. That being said, the research is there- this is something to look into taking, and selecting a trusted brand like this is the way to go!

Astaxanthin is one of those antioxidants that’s supposed to be good for everything— eyes, skin, immune health. I’d probably have to go through a few bottles before I can meaningfully remark on the efficacy of this supplement, but I haven’t experienced any adverse effects so far. Stools are a little reddish, which is expected on astaxanthin. I’m actually glad for this sign, because it proves it is what it says it is. I also haven’t experienced any skin color changes, which is something astaxanthin has become trendy for, although I think that’s actually a side effect you only get as a result of taking more than is safely recommended.
The capsules are small, black, tasteless and easy to swallow. While $20.99 is quite pricey for 30 daily doses, I think you’re also paying for the Whole Foods name and the associated trust.
