This multivitamin is by far the best I have used! I am 62 yrs. old and I have tried 100’s of vitamins in my search for one that gives women the “special” nutrients we require. This-is-it!! How do I know? Due to more than a few genetically inherited health issues, I have learned a great deal about my body and what it must have to sustain a healthier way of functioning. Believe me when I say it has been a sometimes life threatening,often invasive medical journey for me. I do not write reviews on such a personal level, unless I have science that proves the supplement(s) have made a positive difference in my health. I have more than the average blood work done that allows me to stay on top of what is going on, good or bad, with my internal health. The results of those tests were conclusive. I AM in better health, with almost NO deficiencies in essential metals, minerals, and nutrients than in the last 4 years!! I now only have to take half of a pill daily to stay balanced, making bottle last twice as long!! LOVE this product!
This vitamin along with an organic, more natural food based diet works in keeping me healthy. I am going to keep taking this product, and hope others with metabolic issues read this and at least try this product.

I hate swallowing these. I gag from the super strong flavour every time. I’m not sure if they are helping me or not. I haven’t noticed any obvious benefits of any sort. I’m happy with the ingredients though.

I received the product quickly and in very good condition. I started taking them but I was a little suspicious of the product because my body didn’t react how it normally does to vitamins (ahem…neon yellow pee and stomach ache because of the iron). I thought that either I was absorbing it all or it was passing right through my body because it was too compressed. So, I dropped one in a glass of water to test which of my theories was correct. It is now 30 minutes later and I would say it is about 25% dissolved. I am confident that the vitamin will fully dissolve in the normal acidic environment of my digestive tract. So, I found a vitamin that doesn’t have any unpleasant side effects.I haven’t noticed any huge changes as a result of taking these but I eat fairly healthfully to begin with. Maybe a slight increase in energy during the day and I seem to be sleeping slightly longer at night; but then again it has only been a week or so.

They taste like grass and rabbit food and I don’t know… dirty water? Idk how to explain the disgusting flavour it leaves in my mouth I’ve been taking it with orange juice but have yet to check if any of the ingredients react negatively with acids like that (should be fine)
Never feel sick after taking with or without food or on an empty stomach
Fantastic ingredients; be sure to decrease your vitamin D intake as these are quite high

I honestly do think I feel a difference when using this brand. This one has iron which at my age, I need very little of but small amounts of iron does seem to give me more energy so I take this one 2 x a week and the one without iron the rest of the time.

Easy to swallow, no bad taste or smell, no aftertaste either. These have lots of great plant based, certified ingredients & I have noticed myself feeling better overall after taking about 7 weeks. On my 2nd bottle, I started taking 1 a day at first bc there’s alot of vitamins & minerals that my body was lacking & I didn’t want to overload my system. After 4 weeks, I began taking 2 a day & I’ve noticed my nails are much stronger & growing faster, my hair seems stronger & my skin is smoother & hasn’t been breaking out hardly any. I also notice my skin on my body seems less dry. I was hoping to see less hair fallout with these & I am noticing that the amount that I see in my hairbrush daily is less than before taking these. I still lose some in my brush, but nowhere near the amount before taking these. I was losing 75-150 hairs a day when I brushed my hair but now, it’s consistently around 30-40. I see less hair falling out in the shower as well when I wash my hair but I don’t know that exact amount. I was a little worried about the amount of Vitamin A so I consulted my doctor, he said since the origin is from beta carotene, he said it was totally fine. He actually really loved all of the ingredients & the plant based sourcing of these vitamins. He 100% approved of these & said compared to other multi vitamins, these were “impressive in the amounts, the types of vitamins and the different, complimentary minerals also included in this
vitamin /supplement from Whole Earth & Sea.” My doctor is a board certified Internal Specialist with a focus on holistic health. 10/10 recommend spending the extra $10/$15 to get a good quality, multi certified vitamin. Make sure you but directly from the brand though, I’ve heard and read that many times sellers will sell outdated, opened, or knock off vitamins, I don’t know how much truth that holds, but to just be safe, I’d buy from the brand directly on their Amazon storefront (or their website 😉).

An excellent multivitamin with good ingredients. I previously worked in nutraceuticals and this truly stands out. Noticeably higher energy levels within a a few days of use, likely from b vitamins and iron. My only downside, the iron is causing constipation. A very common issue with iron supplements. I will need to increase my intake of water, fibre and magnesium. If you aren’t bothered by iron and are diligent about fibre, I’d recommend this to adult premenopausal women.

I was dealing with something pretty serious that got real bad back in July. Long story short. I was dealing with awful vertigo, headaches, sensory overload, I got to where I would be standing and just lose balance. My teenager and husband had to start driving my everywhere.
