I have not slept well in years. Lucky if I got a good 4 hours of sleep a night. After 3 days of using this, I am sleeping through the night. 11-5 every night. Good deep sleep, no grogginess in the morning. Have recommended to several friends.

I bought this product hoping it will help me fall into a good deep sleep. I personally don’t know if it works but I continue to use it. If anything, it feels nice rubbing it on my feet.

I’m still not sure if this works or if it’s more of a placebo effect. I have used magnesium spray on my feet before bed and it works half the time to help me fall asleep. What I like about this magnesium cream is that you can apply it to your neck, legs, or anywhere you have tension, including your feet. I only use this at night before bed. It’s a nice cream for feet and rubs in nicely. I carry tension in my neck and shoulders so sometimes I rub it there before going to bed to try and help me relax and fall asleep faster. On nights I do use it, I typically fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. Is it the magnesium or is a placebo effect? Not sure, but I think it’s a nice product.

My husband suffers with Chronic Fatigue and lengthy migraine headaches. Both of these keep him from long periods of sleep. He has tried many products and currently takes an oral magnesium supplement, but wanted to try this Magnesium Cream. Here are his thoughts about it. I used the product just before bedtime on my feet, behind knees, on wrist, and on temples (if dealing with a migraine) for over one month. The cream has a nice light fragrance and was easy to apply with no residue. I did not find that it helped with my sleep pattern. Of course, each person is different and because I did not notice a difference doesn’t mean it may not help someone else. It’s a little hard to rate since it didn’t help me, but it is a nice cream that is pleasant to use. It is a reasonable price (about $16 for one jar or $23 for two at the time of this review), so it may be worth a try.

I used this on my thigh for 2 weeks straight and I haven’t noticed any difference in pain relief or helping me sleep better at night. It does absorb good and has a nice light scent. It’s moisturizing but didn’t give any promising results like I expected.

I was having sharp pains in my feet in the night that disrupted my sleep. After using this product for just a couple times, the pain stopped. As long as I use it regularly I do not have the sharp pains.

I put this on my feet and legs before I go to bed so I don’t get leg cramps. Helps my feet and legs relaxed for being on my feet all day
