In my opinion, I do not think this supplement is worth it. It is quite expensive for only 20 servings and it does not taste good. It does not taste like chocolate, it tastes a very bland with maybe a little dirt taste. Maybe that means it’s healthy, but I don’t think I would buy this again and it will be difficult to use up all the servings. It doesn’t mix up very easily, but the bland dirt is creamy and smooth once you do get it to mix up. It might have cut down on muscle soreness, but I was still sore for days after my workout so it’s hard to gage. Also, I did feel full for several hours, which is always a plus, but again I would not buy this again.

My wife and I use Bodi at home and love their products. This one tastes great and doesn’t have that protein shake after taste.

The first thing I look for is taste. The Chocolate flavor is quite good. It blends very well resulting in a smooth texture. In fact, leave room in your mug/glass because the volume increases the more you blend. Other positives: 1) Low calorie and fat content and excellent protein content; 2) Excellent for use as a daily protein supplement and/or a meal supplement/replacement due to the added minerals with substantial DVs (Potassium, Iron and Calcium). Pomegranate extract (650mg) is a plus. Another plus is the addition of 3 BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio to assist with muscle development and recovery as well as assisting the immune system. Recommend.

I have tried many, many protein powders, and I was very pleased with this one. The chocolate flavor was rich and tasty, and made for an exceptionally thick shake. The macros are great as well, there is a very high amount of protein when compared to the overall calories.

BODi Recover Whey Protein Powder Blend– Post-Workout Chocolate Whey Supplement…
If you have tried protein powders that are only whey, only pea (plant-based) or only casein, then you know what they each taste like, and this item has all three types of protein blended and taste accordingly. The taste is not bad (I personally prefer the taste of each type of protein separate, not blended like this) but decent chocolate. Mixes well and easy in a bottle-blender and gets a little thick because of the casein, as expected, so it makes you feel fuller as well. It also includes BCAAs and additional essential aminos for muscle recovery and protein synthesis.
What I don’t usually like about these blends is that the quantities per protein type are unspecified. Maybe it doesn’t make much difference to some, but I like to know if I’m consuming more (or less) whey isolate vs plant-based protein.

This protein powder mixes very well. I tried with milk and water and they both were able to have a smooth taste without much clumps at all. It has a nice chocolate taste that isn’t too sweet and was easy for me to drink.

I am someone who works out regularly and I rely on various supplements to assist with my overall health, well-being and fitness goals.
A quality protein is a must for me, and I take it twice a day.
Usually, in the morning I make a smoothie with protein and then after my workouts, I take a straight protein shake right after.
I have tried countless brands over the years, but I continue to try new and different ones.
So, when I came across this, it sounded awesome.
Not only is it packed with protein, but it has so many beneficial ingredients to assist with your muscle growth, Recovery, and overall post workout needs.
It takes the place of a few items that I normally take alongside my shakes.
So I went ahead and placed an order for it and it arrived very quickly.
Overall, I’m pretty satisfied.
The list of ingredients is very impressive and really does help carry the weight of my review.
The things I don’t like about it are that it is quite grainy, even with an electric shaker I still have a lot of residue and it’s a bit chalky.
Also, the aftertaste.
When you first start drinking it, it is very pleasant And very chocolatey tasting, but shortly thereafter, you get the aftertaste which is not as pleasant.
But still, it’s a high-quality product that does a lot of good for the body.
The only other reason I took off one star is because of the price.
I think there are others on the market that do about the same job for a bit less in price.
But still, if you have the means, it’s definitely a worthy protein and recovery powder.
I will continue to take it and if my review changes in any way , I will revisit it and make any corrections necessary.
I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

I appreciate that this protein powder includes multiple sources of protein, such as whey protein isolate, casein, and pea protein. It’s also great that they have added glutamine for recovery. However, there are a few things I don’t like. Firstly, I’m not a fan of pea protein. In my opinion, vegetable protein can’t compete with animal protein. The label is also confusing because it lists BCAAs as an ingredient, even though they are already present in whey protein. Does this mean they’ve added extra BCAAs, or are they just highlighting that BCAAs are included with the whey protein? Another issue is the 6 grams of cane sugar. Since the product already contains stevia for sweetness, I don’t see the need for additional sugar, especially when I’m trying to cut down on sugar intake. Regarding the flavor, I love chocolate, but this protein powder’s flavor is disappointing. It makes me want to switch back to a protein powder I’m more familiar with. Lastly, the price is a major drawback. Even on sale for $67 (originally $83), it’s too expensive. I’ve found better-tasting protein powders with no sugar at a lower price.
