I (23 f) have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since I was 12. Though for the last 3 years I have been off of my levythyroxine because my dr went out of business and the next dr I went to said my levels were “fine” and didn’t understand why I was there. Tried to contact an endocrinologist but I need a referral, which I can’t get because I’m “fine”. I decided to do my own research and try to take vitamins to help treat my thyroid. This took a couple weeks to research, but this product has almost every single recommended ingredient I have that read works wonders. I am now on my second bottle. I take them before I go to bed because when I take them in the morning I get nausea. If I’m being 100% transparent, I’m not really sure if I’ve noticed any significant changes. But that’s not to say it’s not working, just that I haven’t truly noticed any major differences. I’ve decided to continue to take these because honestly, what’s it going to hurt? Either it’s helping my thyroid or it’s doing nothing which is what I’ve already been doing these last three years anyways. I do feel like outside stress and things I could control and adjust may help recognize any changes. I am going to start journaling to keep track of how I’m feeling daily to really see the differences and I will update this post after I’ve finished this bottle. Good luck to everyone ! I hope your needs are met and you find the help you need!

I’ve been into supplements and natural health for many years, and I’ve tried many products that seem to have little or no effect, as well as ones that are fantastically effective. I go into using any new supplement with a neutral mind, and the placebo effect doesn’t work very well on me because I like to consider things rationally and skeptically.

I’ve been slowly gaining weight over the past two years, and my diet is by no means horrible. It’s really clean, unprocessed, I hardly ever eat out, I rarely eat bread, etc. I’ve also been practicing some intermittent fasting, and typically eat a maximum of two modest meals per day. I don’t drink soda, I use Stevia in my coffee, and aside from being a little less active than normal, there was no reason for this weight gain. I started working out, I cut my calories even further, nothing worked. My clothes aren’t fitting very well and everything feels so difficult, even the thought of exercising. I’m a 30 year old female with no health problems, no pregnancies, and I take no prescriptions, and never have. I had a blood panel a few months ago, and everything looks pretty good, though there was some indication of stress, which is to be expected since there’s been a lot of changes going on in my life lately. (New job, new house, planning a wedding.)

The only thing left was to try to further support my adrenals and thyroid, even though I’d already been trying a few things to help them kick into gear, with little to no success. I also take St John’s Wort on and off to help support my mood, which works really well, but you do have to be aware what you combine that with. I had also started taking Licorice root capsules, which helped my stomach so much, and also helped me feel a bit more mental clarity and a bit of energy, when taking 2 caps (Nature’s Way) per morning.

Then just last week I started taking Soothe.

On the first day, I only took one capsule first thing in the morning. The next day, I took two capsules, because I’m pretty tolerant of supplements and since I work at home 100% of the time, I’m not too worried about weird side effects or not being able to drive, since I seldom go anywhere anyway. I probably could have waited a couple of days to go to the full dose, but I’m getting impatient about this weight thing so I started taking two at a time on Day Two.

Normally, I drink one cup of coffee in the morning, occasionally another one in mid- or late morning, and after that it’s always decaf or nothing. The first day that I took two capsules of Soothe, I felt like I drank four cups of coffee… But without the jitters. Well, maybe a touch of the jitters, but that may have been the coffee I was drinking being a bit amplified.

Anyways… I now have ENERGY. I feel like I remember what it was like to be a kid, someone who wants to run around for the sheer fun of it. I hate running with a burning passion because it makes me feel like crap — I don’t have asthma, but ask me to run for half a mile and I’ll sure as heck sound like I do. My fiance who SMOKES doesn’t sound remotely as horrible after running three times as long. He’s also 6 years older than me. It’s quite honestly embarrassing.

But yesterday, after just a few days of taking Soothe, I actually felt a little bit like running. The sun was out, it was a nice day, so I went a couple of miles down the road, running in little sprints and walking in between to catch my breath. I know that’s not the best workout in the world, but it’s more than I’ve felt like doing in months. And I actually enjoyed myself instead of forcing myself every step of the way.

In conclusion, weight has not yet started to come off, but just feeling normal, human, stable, and with some more energy for life has made things so much better. Whether stabilizing my hormones will help me lose weight, or just making me feel more like exercising does the trick, I can tell already that this product will be a huge help. Buying more bottles pronto! I’ve had no trouble sleeping at night. If you do, try some kind of activity to help wear you out a little. Then you should have that refreshing energy->activity->exhaustion feeling from your childhood days and will sleep great, if you don’t have any other problems.

I started using the Soothe support when I found out my mother had been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, 6 years ago(thanks for the family medical history update, mom! 🙂 ) A lot of the symptoms she displayed were consistent with others I was having. I’ve been balancing anxiety for over a decade, but this past year things got SO much worse, especially driving. Techniques that had worked before weren’t, and my heart rate was racing to 101 just pulling out of my driveway. I also had trouble sleeping, both with falling asleep AND staying asleep. I was NEVER able to relax, even though the stress I felt seemed out of proportion to the real daily stresses I was facing. Lastly, my weight became a huge issue. I had been actively dieting and exercising for over 6 months – with only a 5 lb weight loss to show for it. I became OBSESSED with counting calories, even buying a portable scale so I could weigh and accurately track every.single.thing. I ate. I was confidently consuming less than 1400 calories each day, while doing 60+ minutes of activity 5 days per week OR MORE. LITERALLY. I was so flabbergasted (strange word, I know, but it fits!). My FitBit told me I was burning at least 500 calories with each exercise, which I switched between HIIT dance routines, running / walking on a treadmill, biking outdoors, hiking, and weight lifting.

I’m here 10 days later, and I have seen a lot of improvements already. My anxiety has lessened a little. Last week wasn’t a huge significance, but this week I’ve noticed my heart rate hasn’t gone over the lower 80s while driving! I also have been sleeping a bit better, with a noticeable difference of about 30 minutes per night increased. Last, my weight has honestly started falling off! I’ve lost 3.2 lbs this past 10 days!! I know there are some skeptics who may think that it had to be *something else*, but after SIX MONTHS of the same routines with a 5 lb weight loss total, I am CONVINCED it has to be this supplement. If you’re interested, I took them as soon as I woke up, with a full glass of water and I’d drink my morning protein shake as well (as it says it’s better to take with food). I will say one side effect I noticed is that I was thirstier, and if I didn’t drink enough water in a day I’d get a bit of a headache. Though, to be fair, I only drink about 15-20 ounces of water in an entire day normally. I know, that’s terrible, but it just wasn’t something I could bring myself to do. Now, I’m thirsty all day and drink about 40-60 ounces a day.

This is a long review, I know, but I wanted to include as much info as possible because honestly, when I was considering buying this I didn’t see too many people leaving reviews I could connect with. I hope that if you’re in the same position I am, you’ll read my review and give Soothe a shot! I’m going to continue using them DAILY for the rest of my life!

Omg, I took them this morning and could barely drive to work because of how anxious I was. 3 hrs later I am so calm, focused yet energized. I am not starving either or craving salt or sugar. This is day 1 but I will update as week goes on. So far I see a night n day difference!
