I love weleda. This one is a lot thinner than the original skin food but it’s long lasting and super moisturizing. It does have a slight smell but it dissipates after a few minutes

I LOVE this lotion. I’ve been using it for over a year now and I think I’ve found my “forever lotion.”
This lotion works AMAZING; I hand-wash a lot and that leads to skin-peeling, but it only takes one layer of this lotion to heal all my dry skin.
I typically dislike scented products since I’m sensitive to them, so the unscented lotion works great for me! It does have a scent to it, but it smells “natural,” for a lack of better word, and the scent goes away once the lotion absorbs.
I couldn’t really speak on “greasiness” since to me almost all moisturizers have that greasy feeling and I’m not picky about it, but this lotion does feel like it has a more “smooth” application than greasy, and regardless it’ll absorb very quickly. If you look at the picture I took, you can see the shine on my hands that’s leftover from the lotion since I used it right before taking this picture lol.
I use around one bottle a month, so the $9 per bottle does add up, but I believe on average I use lotion more frequently than others, and I just generally love the quality of this product that I think it’s worth it. I would buy a year’s supply in advance for $108!

I can’t do perfumed or heavy lotions. This is just perfect! Some days I need to reapply but it feels great so I don’t mind. No greasy feeling at all. Great price point too!

I uses the lotion in the morning after shower and the almond lotion is very good and doesn’t have any scent, which I like especially in summer. I use Weleda a lot as I’m originally from Germany. I have the foot balm, and the Almond cleansing lotion. Right now I use Citrus Weleda lotion that is also nice in summer and doesn’t leave much scent. In late summer and in Winter I like Sandorn (Sea Buckthorn) Weleda lotion and Wild rose Weleda lotion that are both very nourishing. From Germany as it is there much cheaper, I have also almond face lotion, and in Winter almond face cream.

i bought this for a tattoo aftercare (i didn’t want big corporation brands and chemicals) and felt the burn and tingling – also has a very slight scent – surprising considering it’s weleda! still love the brand and will continue to use it.

I’ve used the green weleda body lotion before but I like this weleda unscented body lotion better because it spreads without any white cast. I love it just what I wanted. It’s light and does its job.

No sensitive skin reactions. Felt kinda fatty and moisturizing! If I could rate the level of moisture I would say level 7 out of 10.

I’m unable to use perfumed products (hate the smell of perfumes) so gave this a try for a quick product to apply in the morning after my shower.
Goes on easily and is absorbed quickly. Leaves a slight sticky feeling but this dissipates fairly quickly and does not affect clothing at all. Skin feels soft and moisturised after use. Product comes out of packaging easily but I think you’re going to have to store this upside down as you get to the last half of the product.
Definatley no added perfumes for those who are sensitive. I can smell the coconut in this product after application for a while but it doesn’t bother me at all. If you want a stinky product this isn’t for you but please don’t complain about that as us sensitives have so few products to choose from, that’s why we need fragrance free!
Like all Weleda products, no nasties and 100% natural ingredients. The label clearly tells you where ingredients derived from.
