I had been taking 2.5mg-3mg gummies lately but found they haven’t been doing too much lately. I bought these in anticipation for an overseas trip and they were perfect! I still wasn’t able to sleep through the night due to jet lag, but I was able to fall asleep, which was really important to me ~ laying there awake forever is the worst! So glad I brought the 5mg. Oh they taste amazing too – such a nice treat at the end of the day!
