    I have bought this specific melatonin for several times. This specific dosage works great for me and my wife. She is 45 kg and I am 65 kg. I have ADHD and I am usually very awake and excited at night. This really makes me feel comfortable to go to sleep.

    While it does make you drowsy and lazy, if you need to stay awake you still can. I like to call it “morning feeling”, when you don’t want to leave the bed.

    I love that you just put it under the tongue. It works within roughly 30 minutes and it does not taste bad.

    I use a sleep tracking app on my phone that connects to my Xaomi band 2 and it monitors my sleeping activity for deep sleep, light sleep and awake periods. Before I started taking these i had a 33% deep sleep ratio on an average night, after i started taking a half of a pill(1.5mg) it boosted it up to a 47 percent deep sleep. It definitely improves the amount of deep sleep I get per night.

    Ive had other melatonin from different companies and this one dissolves within seconds under your tongue, others take up to 5 minutes. Its a little chaulky due to it dissolving so fast but is worth it for the 5 seconds you need to bare it. You ideally do want it to dissolve under your tongue due to it going directly into the veins there.. Makes it act fast. Melatonin does not make you tired, but it gives your body the same chemical it naturally produces when you enter deep sleep. I find it stops your mind over thinking, helps you to just chill out.

    BUT there are a few negatives to taking melatonin, firstly you CAN ONLY TAKE IT FOR A FEW WEEKS. If you take it for more than a few weeks your body will stop producing its own melatonin and you will essentially need to keep taking these or will have a month or two of withdrawals/bad sleep. DONT DO IT.

    Second negative is you’re pretty groggy the next morning, almost like you took a benadryl allergy pill. You lack the mental dexterity you normally would have, even if you feel well rested.

    But yea, for a short period of time, they work great.

    These work great for me, as it takes me a while to fall asleep. I find 3 mg to be the perfect amount, its enough to help me fall asleep, but not enough that I am tired when I wake up.

    The price is incredible, for approximately $0.07 per tablet (90), taking one table a night adds up to $2.10 a month. If you buy the 180 tablet bottle, which is about $0.06 per tablet (180), it adds up to $1.80 a month.

    Note: For continuous use longer than a month, it recommends consulting a physician

    Great value, they work well, I can’t recommend them enough
