BUYER BEWARE! Webber Naturals is a Canadian Company that also sells to the US market. Apparently, US laws are different from Canadian laws in what is required on the label. This same product has two different labels depending on the country. Unfortunately, THE US LABEL DOES NOT STATE ON THE INGREDIENTS THAT MAGNESIUM OXIDE IS USED TO BUFFER IT. I am attaching both labels. If you look at the US label, it only shows magnesium bisglycinate. You think you are getting a pure, unbuffered product, when in fact you are getting a version that is watered down with magnesium oxide. I called the Webber Naturals customer care, and they confirmed the US product is the exact same formulation as the Canadian product. The representative said they are changing the US label for future packages. Unfortunately, I fell for this scam, and I cannot return the product to Amazon. So frustrating.

This magnesium definitely raises your mag levels! I was taking 1 capsule at night. I had several spells of Tachycardia at 4:00AM. My dr checked my magnesium and potassium level and the Mag was over the recommended limit so I quit taking it. Doc said to take 1/3 of that dose. Have to find a lower dose. He suspects that the high mag levels caused my Tachycardia!
