I have had my problems for over 20 years and this product has helped me in about 4 weeks. It is colorless and tasteless and dissolves quickly in 8 oz room temp water. I am so grateful for the help that I couldn’t care less how large the jar is in proportion to how much product is in it! I began taking it once a day with no results after 4 days, but I have a very sluggish metabolism. After 4 days I changed to twice daily and quite soon after noticed daily diarrhea (sometimes 5 or 6 bouts a day) seemed to be in check, which in itself is remarkable. Then I began to notice that I was now suffering a bit of constipation instead. I cut the product back to once a day, added RestoraFIBRE gummies, a prebiotic gummy product that’s fairly new, as well as Align which I couldn’t tolerate before I started taking this product, as well as a good natural PRENATAL daily supplement (I’m not pregnant), to ensure I’m getting all the supplements I need when I have a limited IBS diet and I have had less stomach discomfort, better and more frequent bowel movements (still not perfect but hey) and a renewed lease on life now that I can leave the house without worrying about diarrhea. And that constant feeling of having to have a bowel movement is gone. NOTE: I did have quite a bit of gas in the first couple of weeks, but that has now stopped. I just apologized to my husband and we got through it. And it was certainly worth it. I have been eating the odd piece of whole wheat bread, some non-gluten-free pasta and even 3 pyrogies with sour cream and it didn’t cause stomach upset or diarrhea. My bouts of IBS-D do come and go so that could still happen but my mother is in hospital right now and I should be stressed enough to be having a bout and I’m not. The change this product brought about was so subtle and gentle that it was something almost unnoticeable. But wondrous now that I think about it as I write this review. I can’t wait to tell my doctor. I would say definitely give this a try if you are suffering. This is an HONEST review. NOT for money or product. If I can help someone else stop going through what I have gone through with this product and review that’s great.

I have only been using this a week but I liked that not only did the powder dissolve immediately and completely but it was completely tasteless and had no texture in the water. It also has helped to keep me regular without giving me bloating or abdominal cramps.

I purchased this because I was starting the Fod-Map elimination program. That required such a shock to my system that I found it necessary to add some fiber. There is no taste, and more importantly, there was no texture change like what often happens with some products (the liquid becomes thicker with psyllium). I definitely recommend this product

What a joke… yes you get this big container and when you open it is 1/3rd full. $28 is obscene to charge for this amount. get real and package to the actual size of the contents

Container is 1/2 full of product. Very expensive for the amount received.
