I did weeks of researching before trying this product as I am very sensitive to so many things. First off the bottle comes full to the brim. I like this supplement because it is a low dosage. I can start with only 100mg a day (which i am taking now) and eventually up the dose if I want.
I suffer from what I think is a hormone Imbalance. Loss of hair, skin rashes, cystic acne, bloating , the list goes on.
The very first day taking this was a Saturday and thank g-d it was, it made me so exhausted. Headache was mild but certainly there. Day 2, felt like a fog. I was really tired, headache, almost flu like. By day 3 i was functioning much better, still a mild headache but nothing advil couldn’t fix and still slight fog-ish feeling. I am now on day 6. All of those symptoms are gone, def stick it out if you can. I already see improvement in my acne and my bloating is less and less every day. Too soon to say anything else but I will update soon. Im glad I read the reviews before, knowing that those not so fun side effects pass, really helped as I normally would have stopped taking it. Will update in a month.

No estoy segura si ayuda, tampoco me caen mal. pero no podría resolver todos los síntomas con solo tomar esta pastilla, llevo meses tomándola pero no estoy segura si estuviera peor sin ellas. Las tomaré hasta que se termine el bote. Daré oportunidad por más tiempo.

Bought these for my 25 yo daughter, who is a very busy grad student. To my dismay and great concern, she was struggling with her health due to side effects of hormonal birth control which appear to have interfered with and affected her thyroid. She was a mess, getting worse and starting to panic. She (and I) knew something was wrong, but couldn’t get anyone to listen to her concerns, or get answers she sought about why she felt so terrible. Instead, she was actually given more prescriptions to “deal” with the issues! Finally, after years of my trying to convince her, she switched doctors, got off the pill, and found a naturopathic doctor who recommended DIM (and Rhodiola) to help re-balance her hormones. After just a few weeks, she looks better, feels better, is more energetic and thinking more clearly. My only child is finally on a path to better health. During this journey, I found and read many books and articles on thyroid health. Based on the evidence, I’m convinced a lack of basic elements (e.g.Iodine) and nutrients in our diets, the addition or substitution of unhealthy additives (e.g. Bromine), and unacknowledged side effects of many pharmaceutical products–we may be literally killing ourselves and our children in a dangerous chemical soup. Do we really understand what is in our food, our drugs, and our environment? No, we don’t, and/or we don’t trust our instincts. If you feel terrible, there is an underlying reason. If your doctor isn’t helping you, find a different doctor. Naturopaths aren’t cheap, but they seem able to zero in on the root cause and help regain your health. Very good product and priced better that the same products on Amazon. It is 100mg DIM – better if you compare to other products where the DIM % is less. Also, this is 1 pill a day – other products at the same price recommend to take 2 caps, which brings down the supply to 1/2 time. Keep this in mind when ordering. I have a very sensitive stomach, and I can report that I have no issue with these pills, which is great! The product arrived earlier, the seller sent an email to check with me if I am satisfied – all great as well! The note was quite personal, not like some usual automated mailing and sounded to me like they really care about me, and, more importantly, they really stay behind their product. I would expect this from a new company. Thumbs up to them! highly recommending this product!

This is my first time ever taking a DIM supplement so I don’t have other brands to compare it to. I will say, however, that I appreciated that they FILL the bottle. It’s annoying to always receive half filled bottles of supplements but this one is pretty much filled to the top.
As for the results, I have only been taking it for less than 2 weeks. I was concerned that I might get headaches but when I took one a day, I was completely fine. And then I ramped it up to 2 per day because I have big old thunder thighs and really wanted to get rid of them. Everything was still fine even at that level.
Until today when I took 2 of these DIM capsules but then decided I wasn’t all that hungry so I figured I would just fast though tomorrow. The entire day I have felt really good, even more energetic, elevated mood, very focused, productive, all the good things you can experience in a ketogenic state and when fasting. Then tonight I had a mild headache coming on and it didn’t hit me until just a little while ago that I had taken 2 pills without any food (I did enjoy a little cream in 2 of my coffees). So I think it works well for me normally but I’ll need to be careful should I decide to fast. Something to keep in mind for others.

I was looking for a DIM supplement to help balance my hormones in hopes that it would also help with my ongoing acne. I had acne and especially before my period I would get cystic acne and have really bad Pms. I like this product because the only other ingredients are a gelatin capsule and rice powder. When I emailed the company directly they were quick to respond to my inquiry that the DIM is made out of non-GMO cruciferous vegetables. I am very particular about the supplements and foods I consume so getting their feedback is very important to me. Anyway, this DIM by We Like Vitamins has helped tremendously with my hormonal acne, moodiness around that time, and period cramps have been less severe. Oh and the price point? Couldn’t be better.
