I have MGD and have been really struggling with clogged ducts, dryness, and that wet eye feeling over the past year, probably because of hormones. This mask is great. It’s not a cure, but it helps relieve some of the symptoms. I’ve tried a couple of other brands of eye masks and this one is the best so far. It actually feels like moist heat whereas the others just felt warm and dry. They also stopped heating properly after a handful of uses and this one is still going strong. I really like the soft cover too; it feels nice on the skin. I would repurchase this.

Love my Medviz Warm Compress Eye Mask! It stays warm for 10-15 minutes to release the oil and gunk in my eyes and lash midline which has helped with clearer vision and less goop in the mornings. I also have not had any Stys or eye infections/blocked glands! Love the removable cover that is easy to wash and is soft against my skin. I also love the velcro strap that keeps the mask in place while I rest, sleep and even sitting up meditating. Highly recommend!!!

My eye doctor recommended an eye compress and eye drops for my dry-eye condition. The drops are what they are…they’re drops…but this compress I actually look forward to using! I use it 2 or 3 times a day and it makes my eyes feel a lot better and less “tired”. It’s a simple product but seems to be pretty well made. It’s comfortable on your eyes and the Velcro strap makes it easy to adjust.
The only drawback…if you can call it that…is that it doesn’t stay warm as long as I’d like, but I do get a good 10 minutes of use on one heating and I can always toss it back into the microwave if I want more time.
CAUTION! Do NOT overheat! You could actually burn yourself if you heat it longer than is recommended! 20-25 seconds in the microwave is plenty to heat it sufficiently. I ALWAYS test how hot it us before putting it on my eyes and let it cool down a bit if necessary.

I looked at a lot of eye masks before I settled on this one, and am so happy I made this purchase! This is a great product. It heats up in the microwave quickly, and although I do not believe it stays hot for 10 minutes, it does provide soothing moist heat for several minutes at a time. The covering is soft and washable, and although another consumer thought it was heavy – the weight feels fine to me. Nothing will compare to a hot wet washcloth, but it is not always possible or practical to apply wet compresses. This is the next best thing. I had an eye issue that required treatment with warm compresses, and this eye mask did the trick. I highly recommend!

I’ve had other eye compresses used for control of stye formation. All were white, and looked gross after a couple weeks of daily use. Spot cleaning did not improve appearance of them…still looked soiled, oily and dirty. The Velcro straps on those pulled on the material making it look fuzzy and pilly too. This one has a nice outer blue sleeve that is hand washable! It is also soft and comfortable….and Velcro doesn’t cling to the material either. Looks much better, cleaner for much longer. Cost more than others but well worth it! The only thing that would have made it even better would be if they included a travel bag!

I really like the feel of the Medviz eye compress, what with its velvety-soft cover. The weight of the compress on my closed eyes is very relaxing. I microwave it for 28 seconds, which is higher than recommended — but by the time I get the compress into its cover, lay down somewhere & strap it over my eyes the heat is just about right. I wish it could retain the heat longer though.

This is fast and easy to use. The fabric is super soft on the eyes and the weight is not to heavy. I use it every evening.
